After a month of coming here twice a week my back pain was nonexistent. Now I’ve been coming here 7 months and haven’t had any pain since I joined. Cory is very versatile, able to help anyone at any age with whatever issue they are having. He is also a life coach and very informative about lots. If you’re looking for a personal trainer this is the place to go to. I moved from the area and unfortunately can’t attend the workouts anymore but I will always recommend Elite fitness to anyone. Experiencia fantástica: I have to put it out there "ELITE FITNESS" is one hell of an incredible ride! The Master Trainers are very knowledgeable & their instruction is impeccable & spot on! Not only do they encourage you to push yourself beyond your limits, they also "walk the talk" & train themselves twice as hard!! No "out of shape trainers here! The facility is an athletes or "soon" to be athletes dream! The Group atmosphere is inviting, encouraging & challenging! Are you sick & tired of being-sick & tired ?!? I was ! This is my 4th year..I'm hooked....so addicted to you ELITE! Can't stop! Wont stop!
