Experiencia negativa: Gym is decent but daycare is terrible. My fiancé had to go in there to basically push a kid from stepping on my daughter and witnessed him bully other kids and the daycare lady doesn’t even have him under control. This is absolutely ridiculous and I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable with my daughter being in a daycare not even 15feet away from us. VERY DISSAPOINTED !! Very disappointed

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been working out at this gym for over a year. One thing I learned with this gym is if you actually plan to use the machines you will have to go late in the afternoon, if you dare try to work out during normal business hours you run into a busy gym with people doing “supersets” on multiple equipment and if you try to use the machine they aren’t currently on they will approach you and complain to the manager who is also the main trainer. Although you complain that the gym is packed and one person is holding THREE machines her solution is to “share” but you can’t change the handles on the machine to your liking. Even though you pay for a membership just like everyone else you don’t get to fully utilize the gym equipment during certain hours. It doesn’t seem that they know how to properly run a gym AND be respectful of all their members without favoritism towards people they are training. Very inconsiderate.

Experiencia positiva: My husband and I went in to see about a family membership. The kid at the desk was about as unhelpful as a person could be. We asked if they had certain features and he just pointed in the general direction. We asked about a family membership and were told they only offered a couple membership. We asked how much to add other members, he guessed at the amounts. We asked about free weights, he just pointed to the back. I'm certain a toddler could have given us a better idea of what was offered there. We left and went to the ymca. I gave 3 stars because the facility did look very clean and I'm sure other employees might have been more helpful

Experiencia negativa: OK where to begin, first off I went with a few friends which I enjoyed the most of but as soon as you walk in the gym is very filthy and unorganized, when asked about the trainer, the staff looked me up and down and said that I couldn’t afford a training session with the trainer there. To me that’s Very unprofessional and disrespectful when somebody’s trying to better themselves. They couldn’t pay me enough to go back there to work out.

Experiencia positiva: Worth going I had a very good time with the zumba classes. The instructor made the workout fun. I sweat so much in so little time. Plus you get to learn how to dance . It's a very nice gym. I think the first class is free.

Experiencia fantástica: Myself and my daughter's have been enjoyi the place for about a year now. It's always clean and people including the staff are always friendly.

Experiencia negativa: The staff is completely unprofessional, in the gym and on social media toward their customers. Don’t dare post a negative experience to their fb page or your page ...it will result in them using their own social media to post your photo & verbally attack you for making their poorly ran establishment known in anything but false light. They will continue to make you feel uncomfortable in the gym the moment you do something they don’t agree with. They are rude, lack customer service, gossip like they are in middle school and don’t manage their customer accounts appropriately. Do NOT waste your money at this gym!

Experiencia negativa: I went to this gym for a couple of months and respectfully and officially ended my membership with them before moving away from town. 8 months later I realize this snake of a company has been drafting from my account after I left. When I called to ask for my money back and why they hadn’t ended my membership, they said they had no records of the paperwork I filled out. That alone is more than unprofessional, but worse is that when I finally heard back from the “person in charge” I found out they’re intentionally unprofessional. Written in the contract, apparently, is a statement it is the member’s “responsibility” to insure drafting has stopped after their membership has ended and only half the stolen amount will be returned upon dispute. They fully and completely intend to steal from people regardless of how respectful and official you leave the membership. Do not join this gym. If you leave, get a copy of the paperwork (signed by the receptionist and maybe even an additional witness) and let your bank know to report any drafts from them as theft. Do not do business with these vipers and if you already are, I wish you the best of luck in getting out of there.

Experiencia fantástica: Why is it that I never see anybody out of shape at one of these fitness places? Every time I go everyone look standing fit, it makes me feel like a blimp. If you want people to come in to get half it, you need to have a special room for us butter balls. That way we can work out and not feel so darn guilty.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been attending this gym for years. There may be cheaper gyms in town but you get your money's worth here. What I love most is that it's 24/7 so it fits my crazy schedule. I always feel comfortable here, I don't feel intimidated, and there's plenty of workout equipment to go around.

Experiencia positiva: Very nice staff very clean inside does not have the typical giant Gym Rats screaming and slamming freeways everywhere I believe they have a contract though and they are on the more expensive side then the other gyms in town
