Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I travel for his work, and we were in Ponca and able to work out here about a month before we had to move on to the next job. By far my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. Clean, open 24/7, a lot of different equipment, and so affordable! Not to mention the owners were super friendly and made us feel right at home!

Experiencia fantástica: Older equipment but in good condition. Huge variety of equipment for the space. The best benches for chest I have ever used(and there are two of them). Low monthly rate. Friendly owner. And after moving to stillwater I really miss the place.

Experiencia positiva: This gym is a great place for people that prefer a smaller more personal experience. The people are generally friendly as well. The gym is also open twenty four hours a day seven days a week, so you can work out regardless of your regular schedule. Membership is twenty five dollars a month for one person, and forty dollars a month for a family package.
