Experiencia fantástica: Not only is this the best gym in town, it is one of the best gyms that I’ve ever been a part of. They have a great variety of machines/equipment and they are always quick to fix anything. I would highly recommend Rise!

Experiencia positiva: Equipment and facilities are great, but management needs educated on ADA regulations, and what they can and cannot ask
Robert, per the ADA website, a business legally has the right to ask two questions: (1) Is the dog a service animal? (2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Those were the questions asked the day the dog was brought in. We then asked specifically for the dog not to go into the shower, a valid request due to cleanliness for other members. We then make notes for future reference on the member's account. I hope this helps.

Experiencia negativa: The front desk manager Brianna doesn’t know what she is doing, no idea how fees work or how anything works. have to call their GM for basic answers. i paid off my account and still got a $25 fee. Bad customer service 10/10 would rather work out with sharks than be treated the way i was by her. unwilling to resolve any issues i canceled and paid off my account hopefully for the last time will not be back
When an individual "disputes" a charge with their bank (that is part of their signed membership agreement) our billing company charges us a $25 fee. We then place that $25 fee on the member for disputing the charge before checking to see if it was valid. That seems like a fair way to do business.
Experiencia fantástica: This is the only gym I have tried that I feel welcome and unjudged. I love that I could ask someone to show me how to use a machine, and they would come help out. The feont desk person usually says good morning when I get there and have a good day when I leave. 10/10 Recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy everything about the gym. My wife and son also have memberships. My experience at Golds gym has been very good. I enjoy working with the personal trainers. My fitness level and health have greatly improved, during the time I have been a member.

Experiencia fantástica: I love RISE Fitness. I moved to Blackfoot back in 2020 and I was looking for a quality gym. I had just left a toxic job, and my health and confidence had been neglected for years as a result. I joined and was immediately welcomed into the RISE community. RISE has been a safe space for me to challenge myself to grow both mentally and physically. Everyone there is encouraging and truly wants to see you succeed. RISE has had a huge impact on my life and health, and I am incredibly, incredibly thankful for them.

Experiencia negativa: The treatment I got was uncalled for. I won't come back to this place. I came as a guest. I got sent out the door, after they already punched the card. They wasted the expensive punch card purchased.
Hi Jackie, We are sorry you didn’t feel like you were treated well, however, we do require that if you come into our facility you fill out a guest courtesy card. We expect that for everyone that comes in, it is part of our policy. It provides safety for you and for others in the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. It's always so clean and rarely ever overrun with lots of people. The staff is friendly and they have a lot to offer like tanning, personal training, childcare, and tons of classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome clean gym with lots of versatility. The staff treat you like a part of the pack. Just one thing I wish was different. The back of the gym is the crossfit area. I feel like it should be a little lower of a cost, but then again I know nothing of owning a gym or what it costs.

We have priced all the CrossFit facilities close to us and we are quite a bit less than all of them. Hopefully that helps (:

Experiencia negativa: I had a 6 month contract with them and me and my buddy both were given the option to opt out of the automatic renewal, which we did. And now 8 months and 90$ later we're both being charged for the automatic renewal and will be charged another 46$ next month because we didn't give a 30 days notice. We were both told we wouldn't be charged after the initial 6 months and now we're both regretting signing anything from this gym. They mislead us from the beginning and haven't been helpful trying to get it resolved.
Hi Brandon, we looked up your account and it looks like there was an initial on file for renewal, that is why the account continued beyond 6 months. We are sorry you aren't happy with our policy and procedures but we must have those in place to keep the facility running efficiently. All the best,

Experiencia fantástica: Rise Fitness does a great job at making their customers feel comfortable in their gym. The place welcomes a diverse amount of people ranging from newcomers to die hard athletes. Many classes are offered and trainers are there to help with anything, even if you just have a quick question.

Experiencia fantástica: Rise Fitness is cool! Their facility is clean and feels nicer than most gyms I've been to with a similar price range. Their 2 year plan is the best deal. It's simple, never too busy, and very enjoyable.

Experiencia negativa: If there was a zero star I would give it the type of customer service that was given to my mother was not impressive at all. Thankfully she will no longer be going there. Hopefully with this review they will get coaching lessons on having better customer service and better manners.
