Experiencia fantástica: I have deeply enjoyed going to yoga classes at soul haven. I was warmly welcomed into a community of women who have been supportive and shared their joy in exercise. Every session begins and ends with intention, a goal, or positive affirmation. All for the purpose of engaging in movement that increases pride and amazement in what one's body can do. Never have I felt more proud and took so much joy in moving my body in a way that was empowering rather than grueling in the pursuit of being slim or looking good.

Experiencia fantástica: The Gem of Bismarck/Mandan! Soul Haven is not just a fitness studio, it's a place of zero judgement/competition where they trick you into working out by having a blast. This place has been my cross training through countless half marathons and a triathlon and I've come out of there stronger, happier, and more limber. 10/10 would recommend.

She was so encouraging and welcoming - helped us push ourselves but also made space for modifications and resting. Plus the playlist was fire. Loved it! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Soul Haven is my happy place. Every time I walk through those doors, I come out a better person - happier, healthier and stronger. The class offerings are fun and diverse. You might find yourself bouncing on a rebounder (trampoline) or punching out some stress in a cardio boxing class. They also offer more relaxing and restorative options, like hot, candlelight yoga. And, the Soul Haven crew is truly fantastic - the staff, the instructors and the yogis. For the first time in years, I look forward to working out! This yoga studio is the best of the best, and I can’t recommend it enough! Just watch out for the merch - it’s so great and so affordable… you’re gonna want it all! Trust me.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so happy there is such a great studio available for the Bismarck/Mandan community ❤️ I did CrossFit for three years and was needing a slower pace. Yoga has definitely helped with slowing things down, but don’t be fooled! The classes they offer, will challenge you in so many ways from their bounce classes using mini trampolines, to Barre, to Lindsay’s Buti classes which will make you sweat! All the classes offer variety and are so fun. It’s the best part of my day! Thank you, Soul Haven! ❤️‍♀️❤️

I love that if you buy class passes they don’t expire for a year and that the memberships are flexible. The staff is great and never pressure you into memberships!
