The coaches were so incredibly welcoming. They took the time to show me around and ensure I was comfortable. The members were also super friendly. The gym is very spacious and clean. I absolutely loved the workout and the atmosphere! Highly recommend trying this gym out.

Very well equipped, clean, thoughtful processes, great bathrooms/lockers and showers, on point guidance from instructor, and convenient location. Definitely will be a regular at this cross fit gym after today's experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Big muddy was awesome! Lots of space, great equipment, and I felt welcomed. I am sure anyone new to crossfit would feel welcomed. I appreciated that they had some beginner barbells 15lbs and some lighter weights. I was working with an injury and the coaching was super helpful. Can’t wait to come back again.

We've had the pleasure of being a part of some really nice gyms and have met some great people along the way, but the moment we walked into the door at Big Muddy we could tell it was different. We instantly felt a connection with the owner/coaches and every member we met. They are a fun loving and passionate group of people that welcomed us into their community upon arrival. Experiencia fantástica: I had a fantastic drop-in at Big Muddy CF. The community was among one of the most welcoming groups that I have seen and I truly appreciated how everyone made a point to give each other high fives and kudos after the WOD. The facility is gigantic and super clean, which I really appreciate. Loic was great on giving me points of performance especially considering how I'm a tad high maintenance working back from some old injuries at the moment. This Box certainly has the expertise to handle beginning athletes and the fire breathers as well. I look forward to visiting again when my travels take me back to Bismarck.

Experiencia fantástica: Being more into yoga and hiking, I was admittedly a little nervous about trying CrossFit....but I went to Big Muddy CrossFit this weekend and ended up at three different classes - it was so much fun and a great workout! I would highly recommend Big Muddy to anyone who wants to challenge themselves and meet some really great people and awesome coaches! Five stars!!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been in Bismarck for work for the past 2 weeks and were excited to find a crossfit gym near the jobsite! The coaches have been awesome at Big Muddy and we always feel like we get a good workout. The coaches are great at helping with form and just an all around good vibe! There are plenty of time options for busy people and the gym is extremely clean with plenty of room and equipment! Thank you for a great experience!!

Experiencia fantástica: So I am almost at my year mark of being apart of the Big Muddy Crossfit Community and I couldn’t be more grateful for these people. They have made going to the gym fun and I am excited to go to class everyday. They push you to try new things but understand if you have to take it easy. They also help you lift properly and make sure you don’t hurt yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the single greatest things I ever did. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. My mile run time went from about 12:30 down to between 7:30-8 minutes. I have now completed several 5k runs. The coaches have been extremely helpful. Because of the help from these coaches I have now completed chin ups and rope climbs. I have lost about 50 pounds, from a start of 273 down to 225 pounds. I cannot recommend BMCF more.

The community is amazing—down-to-earth, supportive people who make every workout enjoyable. The workouts are challenging but always scalable, so everyone gets the most out of every session. Experiencia positiva: Great gym for beginners looking to find their fitness groove. I wouldn't say it's an elite fitness gym since consideration isn't made nor encouraged to pursue excellence. Quite a bit of turnover for people after they advance beyond that beginner threshold. Many of the coaches are really phenomenal (yeah Loic!) while others can inadvertently lead to injuries. Seriously worth every penny if you could work with Loic every day. I enjoyed my two years here, but was hoping for more diverse goal orientations. Here they have a plan and demean those who question/challenge the programming. Definitely a strong community here, but it comes with drama.

The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and fellow athletes are SO supportive and encouraging. There are several classes spread out throughout each day, and each workout is modifiable for every level athlete. I have accomplished more then i would have ever expected. I enjoy going to classes that are offered daily. Coaches are amazing to say the least. The community there is like something i have never experienced. One thing i will say the No Body Finishes Alone mentality is amazing. If you have never been there you need to experience it.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym! I travel a lot for my job & look for Crossfit where ever I go. I was in Bismarck 2 weeks ago & found Big Muddy on line. Super easy to make contact with them. Told them where I take crossfit at & they told me to come on in. I've only been doing CF for 8 months so some of my technique isn't perfect . Chris & one if the other coaches helped me out during class to make sure I has proper form & got a goid workout as well. The people in the class were so kind & inviting when they found out I was an out of stater. Had just a great experience I went back the following day & even bought a shirt I proudly wear at my CF affiliate. Won't be back to Bismarck until February of next year but I will diffently drop in again. Thanks for looming out for me Chris!

Both the athletes and coaches were incredibly nice.
