Experiencia fantástica: Staff are so nice,the equipment is awesome and the gym is clean. In my opinion, the nicest gym with a wide variety of options for any fitness level.

Experiencia fantástica: I did a drop in class with Jordan and it was great. I've attended a couple a year when in town for the last several years and will keep coming back. Classes are easy to book and pay using the MindBody app. Jordan was friendly and inviting as I arrived and signed in. The gym was all set up ahead of time. The class intro and welcome were clear and easy to follow. Jordan both managed time and moved around the room coaching in a well seasoned manner.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place overall just wish the weekends they were open later than 2pm a lot of people work Saturdays so sadly I go to planet fitness on weekends.

Experiencia fantástica: Proximal is quite possibly the best executed gym with the best business plan and overall person/health approach I’ve ever encountered. There are some decent gyms in town that bring their A game, but the owner of proximal has ignored all the expectations and created a class of her own. The combination of physical therapy with a top notch traditional gym setup that caters to the yuppy and meathead alike is nothing short of genius. Normally (hopefully) a gym will focus on building a person from the ground up, which works for the average person with no physical issues to overcome - but for someone like myself that spent a long stint in a wheelchair - proximal digs way deeper than ground level so that even someone facing limitations can excel. Definitely a business built on competency and compassion that I’m happy to get to support. It feels more like investing into the success of a good friend than paying gym dues.

Experiencia positiva: I'll give it 5 stars when hooks are installed in bathroom stalls, and a ladies locker room entrance privacy wall or screen is erected so you can't look into the hair dryer area from outside the room. LOVE going here. Great downtown location.
