Experiencia fantástica: Liz was a great instructor by the book. Class was nice and hot and humid. And very clean. The only complaint is they need a box of Kleenex in the locker room! In a bad way just on the counter. It's the only studio I've ever seen that didn't have that. Man. Am I picky? Haha

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been practicing here for almost 12 years (on and off due to moving and life) and no place is cleaner, kinder, and more inviting than Thrive. Every single instructor is so incredibly patient and the atmosphere is always relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I recommend them to everyone and look forward to many more years of practice at Thrive!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my second time doing the bikram style yoga since covid and omG have I missed it! Shannon’s class on Christmas Day made it the best Christmas in all my years! She’s wonderful and her energy is so beautiful! I’ve only had one other instructor who was also great just can’t remember her name at the moment but you always feel better than coming in! This studio is clean and everyone is so friendly! Love the vibes!

Experiencia positiva: Wonderful studio with great selection of classes. I travel extensively and finding a hot yoga studio is my equivalent of finding a church, temple, synagogue, etc. It's a place of retreat, silence, release, and deep meditation. Unfortunately this studio doesn't allow for that ... there's a distinct sense that "regulars" attend, resulting in laughter, chatter, and other disruptive pre-class practices, ignorant of those who are there for an escape from just that. Most studios I visit post reminders for yogis entering the silent room, that would be helpful at Thrive. The vibe of it being a private club of regulars is disheartening.

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite yoga studio ever. The space and instructors are exceptional--in fact the entire community (owners, teachers, students) are too! Beautiful Yoga/Beautiful People.

Experiencia positiva: Nice, clean establishment. Friendly, funny and charming instructors. The cancelation policy does not sit well with me. 30 days to stop charging your account from when your request a cancellation means they get a month of my mula and I get nothing. I am canceling because the hours offered don’t match with my work schedule. So I am now paying for a month of Hot yoga and not able to attend a single class.

Experiencia fantástica: Thrive in Troy is my absolute favorite yoga studio! The owner is very personable and kind. All the teachers are amazing and know how to push your yoga practice to be the best that it can be on a physical and spiritual level.

Experiencia fantástica: Great and friendly staff. They are patient with beginners and don't expect you to truly have a routine down until maybe your 5th session for a particular class. Even then, they are completely helpful and just give them a heads up if you need more attention during the class. Especially if you have prior injuries or other ailments. Love this place :)

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the best ! Bikram Troy offers a clean, comfortable, friendly environment to practice. The facility is terrific, well organized and well equipped for your Bikram needs. The staff members are ( I could write a book on how great they are ) friendly, informative and very supportive. When you communicate w the staff here, you easily can recognize the fact that they LOVE what they do, which speaks volumes for Bikram yoga, but also is very reassuring to the student. Great work people ! Kudos to management for having an eye for great talent. I've visited other Bikram facilities and Troy is hands down the best. I don't typically leave reviews but I was compelled to write this after months of consistent, undeniable success and great results, both physically and mentally. Thanks !
