Experiencia fantástica: I joined F45 @Greystone July 2021. I was looking for a place that I could get a great workout with motivation and encouragement from the coaches. Challenging but doable, never boring and never the same workouts, that's what you will find at F45. Along with a community feel and support from each and every member of the gym, this studio will fulfill your athletic goals and even find new friendships.

Experiencia fantástica: F45 Greystone is not just a gym, it’s a family. The term “TEAM TRAINING” becomes reality after your 3rd or 4th class. You walk in, you know the coaches, you know who is coming at that class time, and etc. Not only have I seen real results physically, but mentally, and relationally! It feels good to be apart of something bigger than myself. It feels good to have people and the coaches cheering me on in my health journey. It has truly made working out fun, exciting, and consistent for me.

Experiencia fantástica: This has been a great experience. The members and coaches are like family! You don't feel weird and all levels of athleticism are accepted. You can be yourself and get supported while watching yourself and others transform right before.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of f45 Greystone for over a year and the transformation of the gym environment and the competency and quality of the trainers following the new ownership over the past 6 months has been incredible! The team approach to training, the always challenging classes, the number of class times available to accommodate all schedules, and knowing there will be a trainer there who cares about me and my individual goals will keep me coming back year after year! 5+++ stars!

Experiencia negativa: Not a fan, not sure who the target audience is. On the pricier end as well. Did not like instructors, not very personable. To many good gym options in Hoover to go here.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down one of the best gyms and organizations I have ever been apart of. Everyone is so helpful and always willing to give advice. If you aren’t a F45 member I recommend that you become one because we are a family. 10/10 I highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE F45 Tattersall!!! I came for the first time this week and I immediately felt welcome in the studio (even though I was nervous!). The work out was INTENSE but I felt really good afterwards. The gym was clean and organized and the trainers explained ahead of time what we were going to do. The environment was exciting and the trainers were enthusiastic about our workout! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a challenging workout in a friendly environment!

Experiencia negativa: It took me a week to figure out this place is no good. It’s way too expensive for what you get, and the instructors don’t seem to be 100 percent trained. They replaced the studio manager who signed me up, and she had great ideas. Bad management from New Jersey.
