Experiencia fantástica: I joined Hoover Fitness Oct. 14. 2019 and I did the 6 week challenge, I lost 10lbs 5% bodyfat and 3 ". I went to the classes 3 days a week a week sometimes 4 days when I didn't do the classes I did cardio walked at least 3 miles 2 other day. If you will do the challenge you eill see great results. I am still doing the classes and going by the good plan. I let Saturday be a cheat day but I don't eat that bad. I have always been a gym rat and have done different stuff. I have been very happy with the classes and the results. Please check out the program it's great. Good luck to everyone if you join.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never been a gym rat, but after joining Hoover Fitness 2 weeks ago I find myself getting excited about the group work outs. I really love the atmosphere. Every time I’ve ever gone to a gym I’ve always felt so self conscious, but not at hoover fitness. From the moment I step foot in the front door I feel welcomed. I leave my worries at the door and focus on what I’m there to do. The staff is so friendly and the owner, Jason, is more than willingly to do whatever it takes to help you reach your goal. I also love how diverse the members are. I highly recommend Hoover fitness if you’re looking for a gym to call home.

Experiencia positiva: This is a nice location to go to at night. It's never really over crowded and the equipment is really easy to use and looks to be in good condition. I enjoyed working out there.

Experiencia positiva: A no frills gym for people who want to workout and get on with their day. Staff is friendly, mornings are quiet, and it's locally owned. I've draw back is the condition of the gym. It's in need of renovations and isn't exactly clean. You'll want to be updated on your tetnus shots as a lot of stuff is rusty. I've lovingly began referring to one of the bars as Ol' Brown.

Experiencia fantástica: Was a member of Hoover Fitness for a little over two years and absolutely loved it. Staff were always incredibly friendly, and offered a variety of options. If you wanted to go to guided classes or just lift weights, it was the best option and a bargain.
