Experiencia fantástica: Bing Yoga is a warm, welcoming, cheerful place to stretch, better your flexibility and core strength, calm the mind, energize the body, and to find balance. There’s healing on the mat, physically and emotionally. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable. Everything feels right. There are lots of different classes at various times of the day, so it’s easy to find a class you’ll love and to fit it into your busy schedule, and the teachers really know what they’re doing. I highly recommend Bing Yoga!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love my yoga community, who constantly reinforces that yoga is mindset. Classmates and teachers reaffirm that it not about how pretty your poses is but how you feel outside of the yoga room. When I first started, I was worried that I did fit the typical student mo. The instructors made me feel more than welcome and have helped me grow MY practice. Since starting I have notice improvements in my overall quality of life. I am more confident, more patient, and more at peace with myself and my bodies kinks.

Experiencia fantástica: Roxanne and Marc run a wonderful studio for those devoted to the Bikram method. The studio is clean, the instruction is solid, they set great examples as yogis and they have created a devoted community of students in the short time there. For traveling Bikram yogis like me this place is definitely a haven. And the juices and smoothies are delicious too.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, professional, beautiful space! I highly reccomend this studio to anyone interested in Yoga. They provide a great Bikram Yoga class, Family Yoga, and an incredible Yoga Conditioning class that is unlike anything I have ever experienced anywhere. All of the teachers are great and the people here are very welcoming. Stop in for a class or check out some of the amazing and unique workshops they have going on!!!!

The caliber of Yoga instruction is unmatched in the area, the juice bar is perfect for after class, and the people are great.
