They refresh the gym and make sure it always stay up to date with the latest. If you don’t go to pump house you’re missing out.

Experiencia negativa: I value my peace of mind. So I'll just simply stay away. If I could post a tenth of a star that in my opinion would be most appropriate.

You will be amazed at the selection and size of the gym. The facility is clean and always smells fresh. Every detail to create a great start to your day and bring your fitness to the next level!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is perfect. My favorite parts are that it's open 24 hrs and everybody is courteous and serious about their fitness so there's nobody hogging up a chest station while they're doing jaw. I definitely recommend it whether you're just starting or are advanced.

The machines themselves are amazing but it does not stop there from the music playing to the people inside the atmosphere is on another level. I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside and saw the people inside + the 24/7 thing is amazing as well. If you are looking to get a gym membership this is the place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: Pump House is such a nice gym! I used to work out at East Gym and it was always insanely crowded. I’ve been going to Pump for a few months now and I’ve been soooo happy here. The equipment is so nice they have literally every machine you could think of and everything is brand new. It’s also huge and even at its busiest, it is still pretty empty due to the large number of machines they have.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in the 607 been a member for a year now. Hands down great customer service, great equipment, sauna in the men’s room. If you’re looking for a great place to work out this is the place and it’s only going to get better.

Experiencia fantástica: Great machines, mostly Atlantis and Icarian. They have a few expensive barbells too if that’s what you’re looking for. Less cardio machines than an average gym but I have never seen all be in use.

Experiencia negativa: Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else like Court Jester instead. It's much more spacious, you don't need to constantly wait for equipment like you do here, it has far more amenities, and most importantly is much more laidback than the greedy owner of Pump House Fitness which likes to milk every penny out of their customers. At any other gym, there is no need to constantly be on your toes worrying about being charged fines without any warning. This is the most expensive gym membership in the area but that does not even factor in the fees you'll inevitably be charged for breaking some rule you probably don't even know about. There are a million signs posted around the gym and you're somehow expected to read every single one. They watch the cameras like hawks and wait for someone to slip up so they can prey on your wallet. There have been several occasions where I've witnessed people being charged fines. This gym seriously reminds me of when I used to live in a communist country. They also don't allow you to wear crocs, slides, or anything that isn't a pair of sneakers-- your house and your rules, sure, but very lame. My gym partner and I were charged $25 because I unknowingly went in with an expired membership while my gym partner's was not. I scanned in at the front desk but nobody told me anything about my membership being expired. I was apparently expected to wait outside for my friend to scan the door to open it, go in, shut the door behind her, scan the door open myself, go in, and then both scan AGAIN at the front desk. They say that one of the millions of signs tell you to do exactly that but they do not. I told them to look at the signs themself and tell me where it stated that but they could not point it out either and they concluded that it's supposed to just be common sense. According to other reviews, having memberships expire and getting locked out of the gym seems to be a common occurrence. They could very well set up a screen that lets you know your current membership status, or MAYBE just simply tell you that your membership is expired, but no... they didn't let me know it expired, there was no grace period, no first-time warning or ANYTHING at all. I have been to over a handful of gyms across the country and this was the first time I experienced such a poorly designed system. A worker came up to me in the middle of my workout and told me to go to the front desk to pay a fine. I asked the worker what would happen if I did not pay the fee and they said I simply would not be able to come back to the gym until I paid. That was okay with me after being a member at the gym for months and being able to see all the major flaws behind its shiny facade as a new gym. However, I did not authorize the payment but nonetheless was still charged after I left because they have my card on file. I have no problem with the front desk workers but the owner that just barks orders at them and makes all the decisions is doing a terrible job. The combination of poor customer experience + money hungry owner + constant equipment wait times are not worth the expensive membership cost and inevitable hefty fees that you will be paying if you decide to go here. TRUST ME and do yourself a favor by going to a different gym.

Experiencia negativa: I did go to this gym for a long while until I stopped in Nov. Signs everywhere about fines and fees. They won't call you to let you know when youe membership is going to end. I got locked out. I was charged a fee for leaving a weight on the floor (racked was filled, left it next to the rack outta the way) also locked out again. No call or notice of the issue. No thank you
