Experiencia negativa: Evidently, 777 must have enough members and do not want any more people to join. Sent an email November 3rd requesting info about touring and membership costs. Lelah responded quickly on November 4th stating they were happy I was thinking about joining. She said she would love to schedule a tour and discuss membership, reach out and we can set up a tour. I emailed back, stating my phone number ( as she already had my email address ) and we could set up a time that would work best for both of us...........crickets. Absolutely no followup. Here it is December 7th and still no contact from 777. This, to me is an alarm of the customer service and help that one might receive from 777 if a person were to actually tour and get prices for a membership. Can't bring myself to pursue any other contact with 777 as a fitness center I would want to join.

Experiencia negativa: September 28 Dear Greg, I am writing in response to the recent abrupt announcement that the Senior Fitness classroom will be locked until 9:30 AM on class days. Seniors clearly enjoy the classes and use the time for conversation and make use of the workout machines across the hall. Several times we have been assured that that space was for our use, not only during class, but also at other times. So the news surprised everyone and undermines the excellent leadership of the instructor. So, it was surprising for some to arrive and find the room locked and no explanation other than it would open at 9:30. Perhaps a more effective way to have handled it would to have had a conversation with the instructor and announce the new procedure to all before locking the door and dealing with the fallout. That class continues to grow and I know that you are paid by either insurance or individuals for those who participate, so if you are losing money then perhaps your fee structure should be revised. Patrons are free to gather informally in all other ares in the facility, why single out this space for 30 minutes 3 days a week. We have been benefitting from the classes offered and the comeraderie of those who attend. This is disappointing, and handled poorly. And, then, the maintenance man was tasked with being the messenger. Sincerely, Joan & Ben Yetter

Experiencia negativa: Terry is everything wrong with the 777. She’s the reason why most of the employees have left. She’s a penny pincher and completely rude to anyone that comes through the doors. She spreads gossip, thinks she’s better than everybody else and openly lies to members. She hardly does her job and when she does, she focuses on harassing members for small things rather than focusing on important issues that need to be resolved in the gym I would still recommend the gym due to the owner and the fact that the equipment is nice as long as new members don’t have the unfortunate Experience of dealing with Terry.

Experiencia fantástica: Lots of clean equipment. The staff is friendly. The club is making some facility updates in April 2024.

Experiencia negativa: Equipment is very nice, facility is a bit outdated but nice. Not ADA accessible which is unfortunate. The management over some of the programs is nontransparent and lacks communication. ie I could not get an answer as to how much a membership costs, the cycle program management changes program details without consulting staff, speaks poorly of previous and current employees and does not give you clear expectations as an employee. They don’t take time to train new people and do not provide any feedback. This is a decent facility to workout in, but I would not recommend anyone trying to pursue a career here.

Experiencia negativa: Went in to go get a membership and had to deal with Elvis he was very rude, unprofessional and ghetto. He just snarked when asking about new prices. The place use to be awesome to go to. I previously wouldn’t get a membership at another place in town since he worked there and I have had other bad experiences with him. I didn’t realized tell today he worked there and really didn’t want to speak with him.

Experiencia positiva: I love coming here. All the right equipment and super friendly staff, especially the owner! I can’t give 5-stars because they’re not handicapped friendly. We brought my dad here to walk in the pool to strengthen his legs and while walking in the door he tripped and fell, knocking my mom down him, on the runner inside of door! The runner is not industrial, it’s more like a runner you’d buy at Wayfair for your hallway at home. No elevators to help him get to second level to work on bikes. My last complaint is the customer service at front desk, two of the gals (Blond) are like dead fish! I just shake my head because well… it’s not my business! Other than that, great facility and GREAT POOL!!!!

Experiencia positiva: The biggest pro about this gym is the sauna room. The hot tub and steam room are huge. Probably the biggest in Billings. The dry sauna is always super hot, which is is a big plus as the other gyms in Billings usually have to be primed for 15 minutes before they get hot enough. There are a lot of new machines and there is a good variety of cardio equipment too. The staff are very professional and courteous. The locker rooms, exercise and communal areas are very clean. The only reason why I did not give this gym a full five stars is because there is little space to do exercises like walking lunges, step ups, etc. They have two rooms designed for this type of exercise, but in order to use them, you have to be with a personal trainer and pay extra. This is why I left this gym as I like to have a lot of space for these type of exercises.

But as soon as I heard 777 fitness had a new owner that I happen to know I had to check it out. Pleasantly surprised... New equipment everywhere I looked... Seems to be a little cleaner than I remember as well. I signed up under their summer special for now...great deal! The front desk gal... I think her name was Shayla... Just outstanding help and someone you want representing the front of your business... I'm not in Billings 24/7 365 anymore... But this place fits me perfect for when I'm town. Obviously this is all my opinion as all reviews are...I think we need to stress the positivity in our reviews instead of all the negativity I see in this town. Cheers

Experiencia positiva: Great for myself but not very family friendly. The 24 hour notice for the nursery is very difficult sometimes with multiple little ones. It's very pricey but it's quiet and safe when I do bring the kids. Pros and cons, I guess.

Experiencia negativa: Not the best gym. Pretty bad I think. Paid my gym bill for 3 months and ended up getting a letter saying I'm late paying, come to find out they lost the money I paid. Also they're people who have sex in the sauna, people have happen to walk in on them going at it in the gym and NOTHING was done about it. I recommend a different gym, one not so dirty and sloppy.

Experiencia fantástica: The BAC has more amenities than any other gym I've been to in Billings. They have new cardio equipment, an awesome free weight room, fun classes with fun instructors. plus basketball and racquetball courts. The pool is really nice and I love relaxing in their sauna and whirlpool. Everything is always really clean. Plus, they have the best smoothie bar ever!

Experiencia positiva: Decent place, expected more from it, what with the size of the building. Used a discount coupon from my hotel, and it wasn't much of a discount, hate to see what the normal drop in price is. Better options around Billings if you are looking to work out during normal working hours, but this place works in a pinch.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been Gold members for about 4 months (4-7 times per week) and we love it. The staff is great and accommodating to us and as far as I can tell to everyone else. The BAC is very flexible with their childcare even when we forget to call until the last minute and the nursery staff is very attentive to our two children. On the weekends, during limited hours, we can bring the kids to swim and play basketball but it's nice during the rest of the week that kids and even pre-teens are not allowed. It is not the newest facility but it is clean and well maintained. At least a couple of times a year they shut down each area and clean it thoroughly. They have one mean steam room. I like that tanning and towels are included in our monthly fees as well as limited guest passes. Their weight machines lack in variety and function which kind of sucks but they have a world class free weight room and their cardio selection is good. I haven't taken any classes but they appear to have the full range. I also haven't had any of their smoothies though they look good, I don't want to pay so much for a shake. Of course, I am stingy about the prices of Orange Julius so... Finally, no matter how full the parking lot is, it never seems too crowded. I have never had to wait for a machine or cardio equipment even during the few times that I was there during the rush. The free weight room gets a little clogged but usually only around the benches and the other members are polite and respectful. Overall, I love this place especially for the top of the line family rate that we purchased. Totally recommend it. BTW, the other review is bull. They offer week trial periods and if you sign up they will offer week trial periods to family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a long time member. the staff knows you by name, its a local independent club with that home town feel. They offer many classes including spinning, swimming, yoga, personal training, and a really great workout called Alloy. It combines cross-fit and boot camp exercises with strength training...fabulous work out. Pedar Lawrence helped strengthen my legs before and after my knee replacement. My knee healed so well and so fast! This club is a great place to sweat and get fit. I recommend it to you!

Experiencia negativa: Gym is to small. Weights are over old. Bent equipment. Treated poorly. I miss my old gym at Apex. Definitely not worth the 65$ a month.

Experiencia negativa: I've been to lots of gyms in Billings and around the country. I don't normally bother writing a bad review but this place is one of the worst gyms I've ever been to. The little work out room at the Days Inn is a better bet. I used it to see if I should get a membership, paid their expensive daily rate, the staff was like a caricature of bad and rude gym attendants. I found the facilities so filthy that I would be afraid to use the pool or showers. It felt like a homeless shelter. The equipment was old and some of it was just sitting around broken. Not the best option in town by a long shot, the YMCA is clean, great attendants and really nice equipment and facilities.
