Experiencia negativa: Im visiting LA and think "hey let me take a Soul Cycle class. But before I talk to the front desk abt which class they'd recommend let me go to the bathroom" This blond white girl follows me INTO the bathroom and asks me "Soo.. umm.. are you..are you taking a class?" No. I came to use the bathroom. I'm not going to harm anyone. Isnt SoulCycle supposed to be this accepting community?? I take classes regularly in PHILADELPHIA and no one checks to see if I'm a threat before letting me in. Maybe y'all need some of that Starbucks training

Experiencia positiva: Hey nice upper class cycling store in a Nook on Wilshire Boulevard. They have a nice selection of apparel for the serious cyclist as well as other items that would be of appeal to a particular sporting enthusiast.

Experiencia fantástica: My boyfriend is hooked on SoulCycle and had wanted me to join him for a class. Since they gave members a free pass to give to their Valentine, we went over the weekend for the Oscar-music themed class led by Lisa M. It was my first time ever taking a spinning class and the staff was very helpful in explaining how everything worked and set up my bike for me. The locker area was spotless and it was a terrific and energetic experience. I will definitely return again.
