Experiencia fantástica: Great spot! Walked in off the street to get some work in while in town for a few days. Everyone in the gym was super friendly and the facilities were really solid.

Experiencia negativa: I took my 16-year-old here to this gym and it was a special Summers program they were offering with the boxing classes in which they promised Disneyland and other trips which ultimately despite me paying for the summer program they were offering they completely flaked on their promises and took the money and did not give me a refund.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had a lesson with Gabe who was really great. Had a blast learning the basics, everyone was nice and the owner seemed like a really cool guy. Gym was clean and bright. Can't wait to go back!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an awesome work out at LB 4 LB this morning .Myeisha was great...as always. That young lady has been taught well. If you don't know you better ask somebody!

Experiencia positiva: I have been training with Jeremy for a few months at Fitness SF and am really enjoying the sessions. Jeremy mixes things up so that it doesn't get boring, and is always exploring new techniques or exercises. He strikes the right balance of pushing me but without being too harsh! It's nice to have the separate room for the personal training sessions too. I haven't used the main gym much but it seems to have a decent amount of equipment and doesn't get too packed even at peak times.

Experiencia positiva: Heres the thing. I really do like this gym. Its got a wonderful pool and that is what I use is for most. I have been a member for about two years and have had no problems with this gym. Until today. I get there at 7am (when they open) to go swimming and the gym isn't opened yet. Which is odd.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved a few blocks away from this gym so I decided to check out. I used to live closer to Rodeo Dr and went to all the classes at Equinox but my favorite instructor left so I have been searching for a new place. Took the beginner's class for the first time tonight. Loved it so much I signed up for the 6 months prepay deal. Will try to take 3 classes per week. Our instructor tonight was Terry Jr. He was awesome.

Experiencia negativa: I have been to five different boxing gyms and each one has offered a free trail class to see if you like the gym. Lb4Lb did not, which already made me a little cautious but I decided to try a class. When I got inside I told the coach that today was my first day at this gym just to let him know. During the first 20 minutes of exercising I got called disrespectful after trying to explain myself, so I tried to just stay quiet for the rest. Later into the exercise the coach came up to me and told me I was doing it wrong, and when I was trying to ask a question I got told , "Shut up. Why are you even here...." That's a great thing to say to someone trying out your gym. A majority of the class was used to work on a drill. Other members and I had trouble hearing the coach as he was speaking pretty fast with music playing, but the blame is on me when I ask him to repeat it. The workout/class was alright, but if you are looking for a authentic boxing gym in Los Angeles I don't believe this is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: The kids boxing camp in the summer is cool and the coaches really push you and you definently sweat but they do it so you can learn and be commited to the camp i think if you want to get into boxing you should go there
