Experiencia fantástica: I joined ISFS in January 2015 when a friend suggested we do a weight loss challenge. I didn't realize everything I would get out of this new adventure in my life! ISFS is not just a fitness studio, it is a place for all to feel welcome, a place to meet new people and make great friends & a place of support while learning how to balance healthy eating & exercise. Wendy, Shanen and all instructors are well trained and make sure to show all forms of impact during classes. They are always open to suggestions for new classes and are great at communicating what's new at the studio. I have joined many gyms in the past and always lost interest after a few months. I have been going strong with ISFS for almost two years! In all honesty, when I made a recent move, I was sure to find my new home close to ISFS.
