Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic business. I visit my family in OKC several times a year. Owners make it possible for me to buy access for the short time I'm here at a reasonable rate. The flexibility of 24-hour access works great while I'm in town. Equipment is basic, but that keeps it affordable, and is sufficient for getting a full body workout. Support this company! Locally owned and operated, and is a great asset to the community.

New cleaning spray without a harsh smell , great atmosphere Very nice people I recommend this gym to anyone. Extremely affordable compared to other gyms ,low overhead it's always a great workout when I come been going for about 2 years now but the difference from when I started to where it is now and the changes made are night and day.

Experiencia fantástica: Over all this gym is VERY CLEAN!, and is also under new management. Prices are super affordable and 24hrs open. All the equipment is fixed and up to date. Large selection of free weights and machines. Im from San Antonio, but i have family in OKC, this my favorite gym and i always come here when im in town. SUPER NICE people, great quiet environment, not crowded at all, i just wish they had a location in San Antonio , but I absolutely love this gym

Experiencia fantástica: The ladies here are wonderful. They make teas for me that aren't even on the menu when I want to try something new. They have great recommendations too!
