Experiencia fantástica: The staff are very friendly. The pad on their flat bench press is firm (which I enjoy). I have not seen many gyms with a frame (for frame carries); it's always nice to see a variety of equipment! Definitely stop by if you're in town.

It's just a smaller type gym, not a big ole club fitness, but has plenty and any machine you could want. Its a lot more 'hometown' than most other gyms. Its just a super cool place. Memberships are great, or just a drop in fee of $10!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place to workout! I would highly recommend checking it out if you live in the area. A very clean facility, with a good variety of quality equipment. A place anyone would feel comfortable exercising in, whether you use one of their personal trainers or not. Also, the owner is the absolute FRIENDLIEST person you will ever meet.

Experiencia fantástica: The owner is a friendly guy, he has a large gym with many options for each workout so you're never waiting for someone to finish using equipment. The gym has fob key access, the hours are great and it's only closed one day a year.

Experiencia positiva: You will not find a better gym in the area for the money they charge. No contract needed and a very affordable monthly fee. No contract or sign up fee. The equipment is older and some of the benches are worn, but it is clean and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area for work like I am and already pay for a gym back home.
