Experiencia negativa: There is a white guy kind of buff short buzz cut. He’s sooooo rudeto me . I came in for the first time because a friend recommended this place . He yell screamed made a big scene. Embarrassed me belittled me and honestly, I was scared. I couldn’t figure out what I did to him he was irate turning red etc he told me his wife also said he’s aggressive as a woman looking for a Safe environment for me and my kids so I can work out this turned my stomach there were kids in the building and he was screaming I ultimately decided not to spend my time or money here

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in the area especially if you have kids the option to use the daycare while working out is amazing.

Experiencia positiva: Clean and well run. The only complaint I have is that the wireless connection between the TV and my cell phone is unreliable. Jeopardy is no fun without sound.

Experiencia fantástica: In my opinion Nautilus has the best facilities in the area. It's a massive gym with multiple rooms for anything you need, a pool, hot tub, and saunas a long with clean changing rooms and showers. Only gripe is the restroom itself is a bit small but honestly it's not usually an issue.

Experiencia positiva: I take my grandson up here and drop him off they pay the fees every month and have been paying the fees for quite some time he usually can't get there to use the facilities so we just pay monthly and no one gets to use the facility but I took him up the other day and there was something wrong with the monthly payment so they approached him and told him he could not come back until it was paid all the months they've got free money and they are going to give him grief over the one day a month he used that month had not been they should have contacted his mother not approached him his mother pays the bill you need to change the way you do things

Experiencia positiva: Gym is huge but what I don't like is the fact that when u signed up I was told I could cancel my membership at any time. But when the girl left for college another worker at the gym started charging me for a membership without my knowledge and I wasn't able to cancel my membership. Very sneaky. Ask for a copy of what you sign! The pool is always dirty. I don't know how often they clean their pool.

Experiencia negativa: The manager Matt is very rude was a good place to do my drills but they make you pay for maintenance but won’t let me use the so called red room because of their poor management ! Not happy with that i come alone usually but to loose privileges for something they make me pay for is crazy to me. Also max a lot cheaper 5 people for the price I’m paying for bad treatments.

Experiencia fantástica: Good gym! Everything you need, lots of machines, lots of classes and facilities, kid zone is nice! Smell like feet.

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed, and nautilus is not clean area to work out and they don't have babysitting in the morning. I am not happy

Experiencia positiva: It was nice. It was the first time I had went to a gym besides when I went to one specifically to swim. They had good equipment, water was good, very little people which made it more comfortable. Very much recommend!

Experiencia positiva: I walked in today to join. I stood at the front desk, waiting patiently while two emoloyees sat talking nearby. No one greeted me, acknowledged me. Tabitha (if i recall) greeted me and she is a massage therapist and was not her job. I signed up. $50 for a month which is fine. I swam. Disappointed at the quality-level of maintenance of the pool. Otherwise, the facility is clean, showers, sauna, etc..all clean. Members are pleasant.

Experiencia negativa: I came to this gym after a phone call where I asked when I could visit. I was told that I could go to this gym 24/7 to sign in at the front desk (sign waiver, get a day pass etc.). When I arrived to the gym, my friends and I had to wait at the front door for about 5 minutes, only to be told by an employee that the front desk is closed. The sign on the door also says the front desk is opened until 9 (it was 8 at the time). Overall poor customer service, I do not recommend visiting this gym.

Experiencia negativa: Nice gym but they don’t kno how to handle business.Not only I was paying my membership on time and still got charged late but they try to get you out your money and restart your membership without your permission

Experiencia negativa: Havent updated locker room (ladies) for many many years..My locker stuck so bad had to get another nice lady to finally open it for me.Also the manager was very rude and unprofessional I was almost on the brink of tears. Luckily another nice employee was very kind when she saw how upset I Was.

Experiencia positiva: For what you pay the weekend hours are a real let down nowadays tons more options elsewhere. The closing time countdown also is soooo annoying. Tonight was closing in one hour then 45 , 30 ,15 ,10 ,5. we can tell time. Offset the desk people by 15 mins after closing to offset the closed right now get the hell out time. This would be more membership payer friendly and tons less RUDE!. Other than that place is great!
