I’m north of 50 with to many Orthopaedic surgeries to list but training at Bama Gym aka Birmingham Boxing and Martial Arts keeps me feeling young and active. If you wanna have fun and learn some pretty cool stuff come visit us. He doesn’t allow bullies or meat heads so no reason to be shy or intimidated just show up and I bet you’ll laugh and get in the best shape of your life.
