During the free consultation Nick offered I let him know I was at a plateau for almost 6 months and within the hour Nick was able to tell me what I needed to change with my calories and what I needed to do in order to lose weight with those changes he told me I ended up seeing my weight changing within the week. The very next week I signed up with Nick and since then I have seen so much progress and gained so much confidence from our sessions. The one on one training I get from Nick helps me understand what I’m working on and how to fix my form so I do not injure myself. Nick is honestly someone who cares deeply about his clients and he has constantly showed me nothing but respect and support.

Nick is professional, down to earth, passionate, caring, and very knowledgable. He explains the right techniques and why we do it a certain way. My wife and I are both currently working with him.

You can tell Nick is extremely passionate about training, he is very knowledgeable about everything. During your sessions he explains exactly what to do and how to do it so you do not hurt yourself and politely corrects your form.
