Experiencia fantástica: Fit4Mom is a truly incredible community! Jo and Lauren are awesome trainers and put so much effort into supporting women along their fitness (and life!) journeys. It’s so much more fun working out surrounded by a group of supportive mamas. The community building events are also a blast! I feel so lucky to have found this team and highly recommend it whether you’re looking for a workout (easy, hard, or anything in between) or just some fellow mamas to do fun activities with!
