I started at 122 pounds with a 24% body fat percentage and ended the 6 week challenge at 119 pounds with a 18% body fat percentage. I’ve spent several years in a gym and in sports, but Ivan took me to another level. I’m so grateful that I chose Ivan. He is 100% worth the investment. He genuinely wants to see his team succeed. The difference between him and other trainer is, he will push u beyond ur limits and other places they will give u diet plan/workout plan and u r on ur own. He will be with u in the gym, giving u trianing in person, push u which usually one lacks to do on their own. I wouldn't change him as my trainer for anyone.
