Experiencia fantástica: Not since I was a teenager have I been so excited about an exercise program, thanks to Fitwell and Brian. Brian is a knowledgeable, caring and enthusiastic instructor who is focused on helping me achieve my fitness goals. With his well-informed instruction and encouragement, time flies while I'm in class, and I always look forward to the next! My only regret is not starting this 20 years ago.

Experiencia fantástica: Great small Pilates studio with very knowledgeable trainers. The studio is new, clean, and the right size space for individual or duo training. They have 2 reformers, a Cadillac, a Pilates chair and ladder barrel as well as a Gyrotonic pulley tower. Brian has been my Pilates and Gyrotonic trainer 3 days per week for the last 10 months. He always asks about how my body felt after the last session and will make adjustments in the current session's training plan based on my feedback. He varies my workouts with Pilates, Gyrotonic, TRX and kettlebell exercises, and is mindful of what I'm interested in. He has also inspired me to establish a Pilates mat practice at home on the days that I don't meet with him. I walk to the studio, but street parking in front of the studio is usually available.
