Experiencia fantástica: You would be missing out if you don’t try this gym. First of all, the owners make you feel like family! Second, there is no judgement. You workout in a group setting but at your pace. I love Trio Fitness and the owners who work so hard to make this a comfortable place to workout!

Experiencia fantástica: Fun, quick workouts with great instructors that keep you engaged and leave you sore! Good variety of classes and they mix it up so no class is the same. We went on their 3rd Anniversary and really enjoyed it. Will be back!

They offer a wide variety of classes to fit your schedule that will give you an amazing workout in under an hour.
