Experiencia fantástica: Great CrossFit gym! The coaches are always so knowledgeable and helpful with scaling workouts and the community is very inviting to newcomers. The classes are challenging and a lot of fun to go to!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in for the week while visiting from out of town. What a great facility full of great people. The staff is incredibly welcoming. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. I was coached by Eric and Amy and really enjoyed both of their classes. The workouts are well designed, the facility is clean and well maintained, and the equipment is high quality. The members are so friendly that I felt like a local after one workout. I can't recommend Bemidji CrossFit highly enough whether you're living in the area or dropping in from elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined this box in January and it was the kick start to fitness that I needed. I was able to make a dramatic positive difference in a couple of medical conditions - even my doctor is amazed! A very diverse and welcoming membership. There is absolutely no body shaming here. Don't be intimidated by the fitness level of some of the members; everyone modifies to their capabilities and fitness level and the trainers are 100% supportive! Fun place and very supportive of family's working out together. Highly recommended as a regular gym or even a visit if you are in the area temporarily.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to CrossFit for a little over a month and I’m loving it. The staff is great - very helpful and help get you motivated. The other members are super encouraging too. They also tailor/scale the workouts to your ability and work with an physical limitations you might have. There are a variety of classes from early morning until evening as well as open gym times. It’s been wonderful!

I'm only 1 months into crossfit and I'm finally accomplishing the goals. Thank you, Crossfit Bemidji. Without my Lynn, Matt and all the coaches and athletes with a special shout-out to Melissa for her relentless pursuit of me to join., I don't know where I'd be, you guys make every bad day better and always push me to do my best.

Experiencia fantástica: I met up with Lloyd and Carol at the CrossFit regionals in Minneapolis... they are great people and love what they do, which carries into the community created at CrossFit Bemidji. Great group of people!

Experiencia fantástica: I love going to Crossfit! They scale all workout downs to your fitness level so you are not overwhelmed. I have been going there since August and they have become more of a 2nd family then a gym.
