Experiencia fantástica: I have to talk about this gym. I am not a person with a ton of CrossFit experience. With that being said, I can't say enough about how welcoming the community at this gym is. I've dropped in a few times, and I immediately noticed that the class was filled with members at ALL skill levels. Any given class's members can range from TRUE beginner to a highly competitive athlete. Everyone is welcomed with fistbumps, encouragement, high-fives, and engaged/attentive coaching from whichever coach is leading the class. The coaching here is incredible. The coaching staff is attentive, detail-oriented, engaged, and they keep the energy high. This isn't the place where coaches give you a workout and start typing on their phone; far from it. I received enough cues and positive feedback during my workouts that I thought the coach was ONLY paying attention to me (and so did the guy next to me!). The music selection during the workouts is top tier (this is a personal favorite feature of mine at the gym). Lastly, the gym is incredibly clean, well-kept, and has plenty of storage space for your belongings. If you're looking to start CrossFit, looking to take your training to a new level, or just looking for an awesome community of people that are dedicated to making themselves better, look no further. You're home here.

Experiencia fantástica: Can't speak highly enough of MC CrossFit. Not only is it the cleanest, most modern CrossFit facility in the KC area, it is also home to the best and most qualified coaching staff around. Each of whom bring their own unique style and personality to their classes, which means whatever type of coaching you respond to, MC has it. The community here is special. People from all walks of life in different stages of their health/fitness journey that genuinely support each others in their goals. There is absolutely no intimidation factor walking into this gym, whether looking to join or just dropping in. I guarantee you'll be greeted by a smiling coach and countless friendly members.

Experiencia fantástica: Been a member for over a year and this place is great. I did not have any CrossFit experience and was really stressed/intimidated walking in the first time. The coaches did a great job making me feel welcome and helping me find a scaled training plan that worked for me. They do a great job helping you find a workout plan that challenges you, but in a way that keeps you safe and lets you take on new skills as you're ready. The gyms has a full range of athletes from hardcore competitors to people just trying to tighten their butt. Would highly recommend you check MC Crossfit. Great gym culture and great coaches.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in on Saturday morning, nicest CrossFit gym I’ve been too. High quality clean equipment. The members and coaches provided great instruction and a healthy competition during the workout. Will be dropping in again when I’m in KC.

Experiencia fantástica: The best gym and community in Kansas City!

Experiencia fantástica: Was visiting Kansas City for the week and stumbled on MC XFit. They have set the bar so so high for gyms across the board and everything was impeccable. The coaches were friendly, welcoming, engaged, made sure everyone understood the workouts and mods if needed, and were encouraging. The first day I had Nathan as a coach, the next day Toya and met the owner. The other members were so warm and friendly and all introduced themselves. The space itself was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The equipment was clean, new and in great condition. They used Comptrain for programming and had great workouts on the 2 days I was there. The only negative for me was that I didn’t find this gym earlier and my trip and wasn’t able to go more. Honestly, Kansas City bbq was a let down but I would go back to KC just to go to this gym.
