Experiencia negativa: The only perk this gym has is being open 24 hours. There are limited machines and the benches are torn up. The manager Jeff likes to confront women on the floor and loud talk them. He canceled my membership because I told him not to talk to me like I'm a child. There are numerous signs up telling people not to do normally gym activities and he encourages people to tattletale if they see you doing one of those things. Luckily for all of us there are a number of other gyms in the area that don't police their customers. Do yourself a favor and choose one of those. All of the negative issues I caused over the years is VERY laughable. Was I causing negative issues when you told me I was an alpha female and tried to encourage me to "help you out" by telling on people who didn't follow your ridiculous rules?

Experiencia negativa: I have never been to this gym but looking at the reviews and the responses from the owner basically blaming the members, I will not be joining this gym. Like ever! Do better owner !

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a retired navy veteran. This gym reminds me of many of the military base gyms I use to train at. Small yet all the things you need to get ya body fit! If you’re looking for all the hoopla, socializing, the crowd and attention this isn’t it. The place is clean and they have fitness trainers to help motivate and guide you. Members have 24 hour access which accommodates your schedule. Staff is great and helpful and shows genuine care for its members. I highly recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been apart of this gym for many years. I had worked the front desk for about 2.5 yrs. Jeff was a great boss and now a great guy! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My husband and I have our Football flags up and have a friendly rivalry…! The atmosphere in this gym is relaxed, friendly, warm and stress free. So if you’re looking for that kind of atmosphere this is the gym for you!

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to this gym several months ago and it’s honestly the best one I’ve been to. Everything is super clean and it’s a calm, non-intimidating environment. I’ve been getting personal training with Gunny and he is THE BESSTTTT. Super motivating, encouraging, and just a good person to be around. Don’t be fooled though, we work HARD and the time goes by really quick. Would definitely recommend FT to anybody looking for a gym home.

Experiencia negativa: Please don’t sign up for a membership at this location if you want to work out without the owner watching every move you make about his rules . I have been working out there for almost 2 months and today he walked up to me and said your membership is canceled because you’re not supposed to take the dumbbell from the rack to the floor. I told him the dumbbells are for lunges and incline walk on the thread machine. He said no … the dumbbells dumbbell should never be on the floor. I was like you saw me do this a few times and you even gave me a compliment. He told me to leave his gym now so I left. I enjoy the gym because it a small gym but this old man is not a good business owner and a bit racist. I was told most people come in early to work out early before he comes in at 9am so that they don’t have to deal with him

Experiencia fantástica: If your looking for a great gym then look no further, the sense of community, great staff and members. have made this gym feel at home to me, best gym I have belonged too. If you’re willing to take the leap of faith you won’t be disappointed. Also if you wanna train, you should sign up with Gunny, an amazing personal trainer there and even better friend, has transformed my life in so many beneficial ways. Keep showing up and it’s amazing how much your life can change.

Experiencia negativa: A cramped gym with several outdated/broken machines. It's way too crowded even at non-peak hours and to say the business has a questionable moral compass would be an understatement.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is perfect. Truly 24 hours and very secure during nonnstaffed hours. Has all the equipment you need and not over crowded. Atmosphere is really for working out not a fashion show or social scene.

Experiencia negativa: Run from this gym!!! I prepaid $25 for the first month and 25 for enrollment. When I canceled, I had to pay an additional 25 for a month that I will not use. I canceled because I couldn't attend, so why would I want 30 more days. It's January 11 and I had to pay up my membership until March 8th. Rip off!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has everything you need for a complete workout. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They keep the equipment and the restrooms clean, sanitary and functioning.

Experiencia negativa: The staff here are the best I have seen at any other gym I have been to. The establishment is kept clean and the equipment is well maintained. They have all of the basics that your traditional gym needs including a hydro-massage bed and tanning booth. The parking is ample and 24hr access is available for members. The problem is the other gym members being judgemental and verbally harassing others. Worst members I have ever encountered.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. I go at a time when it is not very crowed so it’s easy to get to the machines. They are always cleaning so the place sparkles. The staff are friendly and professional. They are always willing to provide assistance if you want it but they don’t intrude. I always feel welcome. The members range in age so it’s a nice variety. If you’re looking for a gym where you can workout as much or as little as you like without feeling uncomfortable, this is the place.

Experiencia positiva: It's a very nice gym. Good price and I love that it is 24 hours. I'm only giving one star less because staff does not seem to enforce the new rule of people wearing masks like they should. Some people just come in without even having one even in their posession at all. That's why I prefer to go at like 2 in the morning when no one is there if possible. I can understand them giving leeway to people doing cardio since it can get hard to breathe when you're heart rate is up but i really don't like how they let it go if someone is doing light weights and stretches. Again it is a good gym in a nice location but if you're trying to be more cautious with everything going on and you can't go in the early morning hours I would suggest you look someplace where they are more strict on the mask requirement.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first gym that I have been to that I’m totally comfortable in. There are so many different kinds of people and there is the highest level of respect for each one of us. Nothing looks better or shines brighter than a healthy body but a healthy body, mind, spirit and soul. Come be with like-minded people and work on bringing out the best you can be!

Experiencia fantástica: For some reason CNN and MSNBC are often turned off. Fox is always on so I wish there was more diversity in the selection of news. Update: Facilities have improved. New carpet. More diversity is present.

Experiencia positiva: Fitness Time is a decent gym. It's quite small and definitely has more of a local gym feel than your typical box gym, fitness centers. The machines are not the best brand, but they're decent and always clean. They have dumbells up to 100lb and a couple sets of cables. The gym is best for beginners and intermediate lifters. More advanced lifters can still get a good workout with some creativity. The other members are very friendly and the staff is wonderful.

Experiencia negativa: Mask aren’t required, no one wears one. It’s a small place too with lots of people in it, not safe.

I love when Jenny is there she is always so friendly and helpful, always smiling and makes me laugh! Would love to see them offer classes here.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I were looking for an affordable exercise option in the my holly Huntersville road area. Fitness time fit the bill perfectly. It’s filled with clean and modern equipment and a row of flat screen TVs tuned to a variety of channels. The gym is staffed with helpful and unobtrusive desk attendants who work during the day Monday thru Saturday. I love that you can still come in 24/7 with your passcard and work off some steam, even at 2am. Because it’s located in a well lit shopping center, safely has never been an issue. The gym is very affordable (16,50/month) and was lower priced than several nearby options. If you’re looking for a modern gym with new equipment at a reasonable price, this place is for you. If you want an intense workout training program with a big gym feel, this is probably not it. If you’re looking for a friendly low key social scene... it fits. If you are going to be seen and impress others ... that would be planet fitness, although I think they required s year long contract unlike this place.
