Experiencia fantástica: Love this place and the people in it! I have been going here for almost 6 months now and the workouts are always great. It's never the same, the trainers are awesome, and the people are friendly. I am always pushed (and encouraged) to do my best! Mike and Julie rock.

Experiencia fantástica: The workout may only be 30 minutes, but it is full body! At age 60, it's perfect and the modifications to accommodate limitations are fantastic! The staff is personable and very encouraging!

Experiencia fantástica: Incredible, full-body workout in just 30 minutes! I am not a fan of cardio and have never boxed, so I was a little nervous to try 9Rounds. I am so glad I did! The trainers are awesome! They help make sure you are using the correct form, encourage and support you, and help modify if needed. It is amazing to have a trainer to help guide your workout! 9Rounds has made me actually enjoy cardio! It is combined with strength training so you are getting a complete workout that changes every day so you never get bored! There are no class times so you can go at your convenience. It has quickly become my favorite workout and and in just a few months I feel stronger, and see notable improvements in my cardiorespiratory fitness, weight, and body measurements! My friends and family have noticed as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I get a great workout in only 30 minutes. There's no way I would be able to motivate and push myself to that kind of intensity going to a gym and using machines. The staff and owners are very helpful and friendly. They truly care about the members and helping each person achieve their personal fitness goals..and it shows. The environment is positive, fun, and a good mix of all ages and males and females. Many times gyms can be intimidating or make women uncomfortable. Not this one! Take advantage of that first class free and see for yourself. I love this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I like that there are no set class times which works for my ever changing schedule. I like that the workouts are different each time keeping it challenging and exciting. They wipe equipment down regularly, ceiling fans are on, and if the weather cooperates the doors are open.

Experiencia fantástica: 9Round is both super intense and loads of fun. They are good about keeping it fresh. There are always a couple of different exercises or variations that we didn't do the previous day. The trainers are all very cool and super supportive and I have not seen anything but a positive attitude at all times from all of them. I have been attending about 4 months and have lost 16 pounds and my blood pressure has returned well into the healthy zone!

Experiencia fantástica: Having issues with 9rounds taking money out of my account 1 year out of contract.Owner knows whats going but ignores my phone calls & messages. Ive relocated and continue to receive calls from a debt collection agency saying I owe 254.00 and it goes up ever month. Staff doesn't answer phone or return my phone calls. Beware!!!

I was pushed hard by the trainer, even doing some extra pad work with him at the end. It was refreshing and exciting to get out of my comfort zone and challenge myself with different exercises than I do at my 9Round. The trainer was a great guy, very friendly and talkative.
