Experiencia fantástica: To be honest I wasn’t sure I would have seen myself committing to another workout class. In the past they have gotten old or I couldn’t get results I wanted without having to also put in work outside of class because it just really wasn’t “enough”. But dang! ISI Belmont is awesome! The coaches Brittany, Dorian, Meredith, Titus, Chris & Jess who I have had are all 5 star rated!! The workouts they design are intentional and they WORK as I am seeing results in not only my physical but mental and spiritual health. I love how they come to you if your form is off (I need help with this!) and they also challenge you if they see if you are succeeding already for an extra push!! Thank you for all you do! I also love the passion behind the scenes by owner Yasmina!

The team outings are so fun and help connect you with other members. I highly encourage joining this location.

I lost all motivation and was very discouraged whenever I would go to the gym. My first day trying ISI Elite Training in Belmont, I knew that I’d be joining. The coaches are so motivating and positive and I feel seen with every class that I take. I never dread the workouts even though they are challenging. Experiencia fantástica: 6 months ago today I joined ISI and it was the best decision. The coaches are amazing and help keep you motivated throughout every session!!! No matter what your skill level this place is for you! They make sure each workout is tailored for different levels. You will never feel left out, left behind or alone because once you hit the turf you become one team and everyone is there helping you and rooting for you to succeed. The hardest part was walking through the door but I am glad I did!

I am the strongest I've ever been, and most importantly to me at 43, I don't have the same aches and pains or injuries I had with previous workout programs. As a matter of fact, I haven't had to miss one workout due to injury.

The trainers do a great job creating challenging workouts, paying close attention to form, and pushing everyone to do the best. I’m so glad that I decided to give ISI Belmont a try!!

Experiencia fantástica: The best decision I made in 2021 was to join ISI. The coaches are knowledgeable and challenging but also supportive and encouraging. The classes are perfect for every fitness level as the coaches will teach modifications for every exercise. I joined ISI with a shoulder injury. The coaches are so helpful and always provide modified exercises. This allows me to continue with my fitness goals while allowing my shoulder to heal. We are truly a team at ISI! There's no judgement, no cliques, and no need to compete with anyone other than yourself! It’s such an encouraging and welcoming environment for all!

The owners, coaches, and members never shame me or make me feel less than. Today, I had to modify every exercise and started to feel bad about myself until that team reminded me “I showed up”. I was told to compare myself to…..wait for it…..myself. This gym is a community. A family. They encourage and lift up! I love them and the space they all hold in my mind, body, & soul. Thank you ISI for holding me up, accountable, and when I can’t hold myself. I am stronger in all the ways today because of them. Go TEAM!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently started at ISI belmont and I’ve had an overall great experience. The staff is friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. It seems to be a great place for anyone from beginners to more advanced fitness enthusiast. They definitely focus on encouraging and teamwork over competing against one another (crossfit lol). Also the upper body, lower body, core and cardio days allows your body time to recover and lowers risk of injury. They also make sure to talk to you about any potential injuries and give safer or less stressful options to potential injuries. In short I love isi, I hate burpees, but I’ll do them there :) Happy Training!

What we expected and hoped for was a good fitness class with motivating music and encouragement to reach some general fitness goals… What we got was so much more!! Since joining over a month ago, we’ve made new friendships, enjoyed amazing coach-led sessions, stayed accountable(!), and most importantly - we’re FINALLY seeing actual results! While there are many other “gym” options, this is a legit fitness family. We’ve come to enjoy seeing familiar faces at each session - who all push one another to break through our own personal physical/mental hurdles - and we don’t leave ANYone behind. Give it a try, you won’t look back!

From the time I walked in to the time I left I was impressed with just about everything, from the cleanliness and organization of the facility to the very knowledgeable and friendly staff/trainers. The workout is tough but that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be to get you where you want to be. Not only do the trainers truly want to see you succeed but so does every other person in class with you. There is a definite sense of being part of a team here, and that’s hard to find nowadays. Can’t say enough good things about this place and I highly highly recommend giving ISI - Belmont a shot.

Experiencia fantástica: I walked into ISI Belmont on February 21st, weighing 202, with 97 lbs of muscle and 17.3% body fat. I was lifting weights 4 days a week and trail running 10-12 miles on Saturdays. I had entered a 25k race coming up this August, and was looking for a way to up my cardio and get faster on the trails. I THOUGHT I was in shape! I shook, sweated, huffed and puffed and second guessed myself through the entire first workout!! I reluctantly decided I was going 3 days a week. Hey…if I didn’t like it, I could always back out and do something else, right? A kind of went through the motions the first month then decided to get serious with it. There were plenty of established guys and girls in there who kept me internally motivated and challenged and I just picked up the pace from there. That’s the best part about this place. There are people from different races, body types, backgrounds you name it who walk through the doors any given workout. In shape, out of shape, never been in shape, it doesn’t matter. There is always someone inside those glass doors to give you an atta baby! Or a come on, you got it. And that’s all we want anyway, right? Somebody to pull for us and encourage us when we wanna quit but won’t let that be an option. That’s the kind of people I NEED to hang around. That’s the kind of energy and passion that drives me. And I’ll bet it’s exactly what you’re looking for as well! It’s contagious! Fast forward and long story short, a few months have passed, I am not far from my 150th workout and I weigh 192 lbs, have 99 lbs of muscle and 9% body fat. Shredded! I haven’t lifted weights in 6 weeks. No need to! My trail running times have far exceeded any expectations I had going in. I feel certain I will finish in the top 50 out of 200 runners come August and quite possibly finish in the top 5 in my age group in the races history. But I won’t stop there. Because the community at ISI Belmont won’t let me. They will keep challenging me to be the best me I can be. And I wanna challenge you! No matter what you may be looking for in life. No matter what you may be facing. You will find that someone in this place has already been through it, dealt with it and wants to help you get through it! All you gotta do is have the courage to get up and show up. Yeah, it’s not cheap. But neither is an airplane, a therapist or even worse, triple bypass surgery. I only want one of those, and perhaps ISI can help you avoid the other two! Give us a chance! Get up, show up, and we will meet you right where you are. You might think you won’t fit in. You might think you’ll be embarrassed. You might think there’s no way you could do it. You might think it’s not for you. Guess what? We all have thought those and then some. We quickly found out every one of those things were just excuses. That’s why we all keep coming back! Because we overcome our excuses in here. Come join our community! EVERYBODY is welcome! Give us a shot, you will be glad you did!! I know I certainly am!

There are always coaches motivating you, encouraging you and challeging you to be the best you can be for yourself. I feel stronger and happier after attending a session. Experiencia fantástica: Let me start by saying I have always hated going to the gym. Even the thought of it. But in this season of life, I need to lose some weight and get into some semblance of shape so that I’m around when the grandkids grow up. I also need to strengthen my core to help with some back issues that have been lingering for several years. I visited here in December, and joined after the trial. I can say, without hesitation, that this is FUN! Hard work, but a fun habit I’ve developed. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The coaches are extraordinary, the owners are highly engaged and the rest of the folks that come here have become like my 6 AM family. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so encouraging. We push each other, and celebrate the successes each and every day. Do yourself a favor, and come check this place out!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this fitness gym. Everyone makes an effort to get to know your name and you personally. There is a team atmosphere that I have never experienced before. The coaches push you to your limits and give alternate exercises if you are injured or are too scared to try something. If you are too scared then they will work with you until your ready. Chris helped me with box jumps. I’ve never been able to do those. I was terrified I would fall flat on my face. He said he would catch me and he about had to but I did it and now I can do them!! They honestly are great people and it’s has become a place where everyone knows your name!!
