Experiencia fantástica: Belmont CrossFit is an amazing community! My husband and I were new to fitness when we joined, and we were welcomed right away. The coaches are supportive, patient, and encouraging, and we never felt judged for our lack of strength or technique. They keep us focused on proper form, so we can build confidence and avoid looking like we’re auditioning for a blooper reel. Don’t get it twisted, though—there are some seriously strong and skilled athletes here! (Just not us…yet.) Big thanks to Marc and Lisa for creating such a positive and motivating environment. We highly recommend it!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy that my very first CrossFit experience was at this location. The coaches here are the kindest, most informative, and friendly people you will ever meet. There are so many class times to choose from and you really feel cared about being on a team with all the others that attend. I am so bummed that we ended up moving 9 hours away just for the simple fact of loving the environment that the coaches create. They are the true reason why my husband and I will be continuing our journey with CrossFit, even if it has to be in a different state. Thank you to Marc and all the wonderful coaches there!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough wonderful things about this gym. I lived in Belmont for 6 months, and shortly after moving in I attended the foundations class. From that first day, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming—I was greeted by name every day not only by the coaches, but my classmates as well. Don’t be scared if you’re inexperienced or if you don’t think you are strong enough. With this kind of support anything is possible!!

I recommend this gym if you're looking for a safe environment to push your self. The coaches will provide exactly that for you while ensuring you don't go past your limit. They are great for the novice (like myself) or the amazing athlete. Incredibly clean and so well managed! The coaches are, hands-down, the best trainers I've ever had. They truly care about your gains, and getting it 'right'. I cannot say enough good about these folks! If you're interested in getting stronger and improving your life, this is THE PLACE to be!

From the very beginning, Marc and Lisa stressed form and safety. They took the time to understand and address my concerns. I've been going for a few weeks now, and I'm extremely happy with my results!
