Experiencia fantástica: This CrossFit gym is a blast! The coaches are super motivating, and the community is like one big, supportive squad. The gym is loaded with all the cool gear you need to crush your workouts. The classes are a mix of challenging and exciting, and I've definitely leveled up my fitness game since I started. If you're looking for a fun way to get in shape, this is the place to be!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to a few CrossFit gyms but none that I felt welcomed from the beginning. This gym has young, old, and all experience levels. I love this gym. Owners and coaches are amazing and really help with technique while motivating you. The classes are a lot of fun and keep me pushing to the end. I'm stronger, faster and literally in the best shape of my life.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome environment great people/members that make you feel like you belong from day one!!! Vince and Yazmin are an amazing duo when it comes to coaches/owners. If being in a class environment isn't your thing they also offer personalized training which is definitely a plus. Whether you're a veteran of CrossFit or new to the style like myself they will work and mold you into the best version of yourself both physically and mentally.

Experiencia fantástica: Fire Force Fitness was exactly what I was looking for in a gym. The community, the coaches, the facility, the training. Its all better than I could have imagined. They have inspired me to be better, help me achieve goals and form lasting friendships! The coaches here care about you, not just so that you walk through the door each day but rather they care about you and how what you do in the gym makes a difference in your life! Its the place to be the programing is solid and it makes fitness fun!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is fantastic!! The coaches are phenomenal with an emphasis on form with an educational piece that helps members grow as well as being encouraging. Fellow members are supportive, friendly, and awesome. This place makes fitness available to everyone no matter what level you walk in the door at. You have to come here and check out this place!

Experiencia fantástica: First off, great box, probably the best in Chicagoland. If you want to become good at CrossFit, then this is your place. However, make sure that personally, you understand fundamental movements like the body weight squat, before you attempt to begin a program like CrossFit. As awesome as this box and the owner Vince are, athletes need to develop a base of strength and endurance (possibly develop a Bassline standard?) (and develop mobility in the squat position) before they attempt fancy movements that CrossFit likes to teach. This box will get you awesome at CrossFit, but being at CrossFit does not make one awesome at fitness in my opinion. All in all, would highly recommend if you are looking for a CrossFit gym in the Chicago region, and the owner Vince is highly knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent! Great workout, great coaches, great atmosphere. I'm not the fastest nor the strongest and I always feel welcome and like I get a workout I can do without risking injury. I particularly appreciate the coaches expecting people to be courteous and friendly (i.e. don't be an jerk) and no one is that I've met. When I started I was just recovering from a frozen shoulder and couldn't even clean and jerk an empty barbell. I'm so much stronger now because the coaches were always available to modify a workout if needed so I kept going. Been here for 2 years and counting. Highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in at CFE for 5am class while visiting the area. This is a great box and would recommend. It was clean, the ppl were friendly, and coaching was on par. CFE be great box to join and good for Drop-ins for ppl who visiting and C.F. regularly.
