There is no other CrossFit box that even comes close to their level of fitness & programming in Bellevue/Kirkland/Redmond area I started as a newbie here and the coaches taught me various movements and how to scale workouts. The variety of movements they incorporate is just insane. You get a different workout everyday and that helps me stay engaged consistently week after week. After doing all the monster workouts consistently, you will definitely get the feeling of an accomplished athlete. The community and coaches are very welcoming and warm. Highly recommended LFCF if you care about fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: As a first time CrossFit athlete, I was not sure if I would go here more than few times. But my experience has been amazing. The coaches are fun, understanding and able to support the needs of different folks based on their fitness and strength. The equipment and facilities are top notch as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the layers and intensity of the WODs here, just from glancing through the blog on their website. That's why I chose to drop in here while visiting the area. It's unlike my home gym or anywhere else I've ever dropped in. Coaching was A+. Luke was really good at tweaking the fine details of highly technical lifts, and you can tell he was invested in everbody at the gym. It was not a super energetic gym at 6am (understandably so), but the people were pretty cool. LivingFit is a super clean, well put together gym with high quality equipment, and I'd definitely recommend a drop in if you want to work hard!

Experiencia fantástica: Every class was well planned and trainers always demonstrated the workouts before class. Workout were scaled based on fitness levels and trainers always pushed me to do my best!!!
