Since the class sizes are so small, Michelle is able to get to know everyone and tailer or pivot any workout to meet your specific need. I would definitely recommend Energi as your all-in-one total body care studio!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to many of Michelle’s classes. They are always well structured and fun to do and accessible by participants of all levels of fitness. And, Michelle is a great motivator too. Energi also has 2 outstanding yoga instructors with classes scheduled at convenient hours. The facility is a high ceiling, open, historic building right on the Avenue in Bellevue. I work in downtown Cincinnati and can get there and back in no time. Highly recommended.
