Experiencia fantástica: Personal training at its finest. I'm a recovering "cross fitter" and have made tremendous improvements in flexibility, balance and whole body strength. C1 should be on your radar if you are looking for training in a private and well equipped facility. These folks are ones to watch. GREAT selection of quality, affordable supplements by knowledgeable people as well. Can't say enough positive things about my time and experience there.
