Experiencia positiva: Bring back key cards !!! To this day the silly app QR code rarely ever works for me. I have to wait at the door until someone let's me in. I have a plan for 24 hour access therefore I should have no issue getting inside. but that's never the case for me. Others have same issue

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to get your workout in.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible company that is poorly ran. Can not get in contact with billing, cooperate, or any locations over the phone or email. Put my cancellation in and it took months to go through while they continued to charge me as well as over charge me with no explanation of why. Had to end up getting a new card and reporting the charges. Much rather use and prefer Planet Fitness, way better communication, prices, and actually care about their customers.

Experiencia negativa: I actually hate that the prices have went up & then not having access 24hrs no more. Since all the prices have went up then all the gyms need to have the same amenities available. This location needs a whole new upgrade & bigger space!

Experiencia fantástica: Lots of equipment (lots of hammer strength machines, free weight dumbells and barbells, 3 squat racks,one deadlift platform, hex bars, straight bars, 2 Smith machines then lots of treadmills, stair climbers, elliptical, and rowers) and room if you are focused on lifting or cardio big you are seeking the sauna, light therapy, massage, the Collinsville location is maybe going disappoint you, need to go to O'Fallon or Alton or Missouri instead. The single deadlift platform has divots and needs repair but most equipment in decent order. Staff is friendly and constantly cleaning the floors and equipment.

Experiencia negativa: Had a 24 hour access plan and it was renamed to legacy which no longer included 24 access and if you wanted to be able to go outside of staff hours you now have to pay more. The Collinsville location is also the more bare bones gym in the area, they hype up all of the features their gyms have, this location has weights and a bathroom which is standard. Wish there were other options in the area but there are not unless you want to drive out of your way to planet fitness in Edwardsville

Experiencia positiva: Very enjoyable to use the 3 day pass and get acquainted with the gym. Ended up not being what was best for me though. Would have joined if this location had the kids club.

Experiencia fantástica: FANTASTIC gym. Very clean and not too busy. Great variety of machines. I personally also like their selection of music.

Experiencia positiva: Equipment isn't too bad, just needs work. Padding needs to be replaced and leg extension machine has been bent for years... Staff are nice and they do keep the main area clean. Bathrooms or terrible. Everything could use a refresh. Ofallon blows this location out of the water.

Experiencia negativa: One year after my late wife's passing club fitness still charges membership fees from my bank. 3 times I've submitted a death certificate to cancel membership and they are unwilling to refund those fees, they are charging a deceased womens bank and won't stop

Experiencia fantástica: Large facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. Seems to be kept clean and has plenty of equipment to choose from. Beginners can feel welcome and safe here too.

Experiencia fantástica: I attend nine of the thirteen weekly classes given in Collinsville and enjoy them immensely. I can't say enough good things about Kim, Ariel, Edith, LeAnne, Maggie, Meg and Hollie. They all give 110% when it comes to teaching a well balanced, enjoyable class. I became a member the year I turned sixty. I'm now approaching seventy-one and continue to be healthy and alert. I give much of the credit to the excellent instructors I've had over these years. I look forward to many, many more.

Experiencia fantástica: I usually go to the Maplewood location, but occasionally I venture out to other locations as well, and they are all absolutely pristine! The vibe is super positive, the associates are really friendly and helpful, and everything is always immaculate. You can’t beat it for the price! I’ve never actually attended any of the classes, but one of these days I am going to, because they look so fun!

Experiencia negativa: I’m really tired of this gym raising their prices whenever they don’t even have the amenities the other club fitness locations have. Also we were already paying extra for kids club and now they told my husband that the new fee for kids club is going to be an extra $20 per month. This gym is trying to compete with other gyms and they’ve literally got the bare necessities it’s ridiculous. Most other gyms have tanning, bigger locker rooms, better equipment and pools. This gym literally has workout equipment and a tiny kids club with mediocre locker rooms. Also they make you sign a contract for a year and in that contract it states what your membership includes for a certain monthly price and now all of the sudden they decide they’re just going to double the monthly membership and we’re stuck paying for that?

Experiencia fantástica: Can not say enough about Club Fitness. When we first joined in 2019 we were only playing with the idea of loosing weight. We didn't get serious until January 1, 2021. We have lost 63 pounds as of today. We go 5-6 days a week, which we never thought we would be one of those people who worked out all the time. Love the gym, the people and the staff. This has been a lifestyle change and worth every penny.

Experiencia fantástica: Machines are always clean and the staff is always nice. The place itself is smaller than other locations and the machines themselves are a bit dated, but if you’re looking to get a workout in then this place is a great fit.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had a good experience at Club Fitness. I am 80 years old and only use the treadmills. There is always one available and clean when I need it. The staff is friendly. The locker room is kept clean as well as the restroom side.

It’s not super packed so I find it easy to use any equipment. Would recommend anyone to go to this club if your just getting started!

Experiencia fantástica: I will never not use a CF! The Collinsville and Belleville locations in particular are my go to's! Collinsville's location is perfect for me & right in the middle of work & home which makes it hard to not go after work & it is always superbly clean! There isn't once when I'm there that an agent or a manager isn't doing something to help with cleanliness, re-racking equipment or helping a member clean up a spill. Even though it's an older location, you'd never know with how wonderfully their manager Mallory keeps things running! Belleville will always be my home away from home as this location rebooted my gym going! I have a Premium membership which allows me access to all of the studios, tanning, & extra goodies that this location has to offer & it's a great one stop shop for everything that I need when I'm out there visiting! The staff is always welcoming, especially Paige, Cam & their new manager Endia; they're always smiling, having fun & willing to help! If you're looking to reboot or start your fitness journey, I highly recommend the CF family; you won't find a more motivating & fun group of people to help you stay on top of your goals!

Experiencia negativa: I originally left a 5* but I must now edit. First, I have been a member for a long time at this location. I originally chose a package where I paid a down payment to lock in my monthly rate, and it had all the perks included (which there are not that many at the Collinsville location) but that never bothered me. Recently, I tried to gain access at a time the staff was not there and could not get in. I then found out, they moved my all access pass to their lowest form of membership and now want me to pay double the rate to have 24 hour access. I told customer service that is a breach of my original contract, and should return my downpayment for breaching the agreement. They told me, they can do that because they did it to everyone. I replied to an email asking if they removed everyone's access and set them all the the lowest membership status, and that is when they completely stopped responding. Breaching contracts, ignoring long term members, I am not sure what happened to this company, but they do not appear to care about their members anymore. I will scout some other gyms in the area.

Chris, who is a trainer is also very good along with Joy the Nutritionist. I came in for a TurboKick/kickboxing class with Arielle and had such a great time!
