Experiencia negativa: The same group of guys just sit around on the equipment for 30-45 minutes without exercising. 2nd time this week.

Experiencia positiva: Based on the price ($65 a year for WLM residents), sizable number of racks (6), and good variety of boxing equipment (speed, double-end, and two heavy bags), and friendly staff, the gym is perfect, especially for those who don't need much to achieve/maintain their fitness/boxing goals/skills. However, the only downside is that the space, aisles and racks, can get crowded around 5 pm. Also, hours are somewhat inconvenient for those who work extended hours.

Sure, the hours are a little restrictive but at 50 bucks for a year's membership (city residents only) there's nothing to complain about here. I just wish the guys working out there would be better about re-racking weights when they're done.

Experiencia fantástica: Best kept secret in Wilmington. For less than $60/yr you have access to a gym with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, machines and various classes. I have never seen more than 10 people here at a time. Very helpful staff and everyone is friendly, highly recommend

Experiencia positiva: Small but efficient gym for the space. Has everything you need and is rarely packed. Can’t beat the price. Only 4 stars because I wish the hours were longer on Saturday (only 3 hours in the morning) and It is closed on Sundays.
