Experiencia fantástica: Heavy things to pick up and plenty of treadmills. Large court.

Experiencia negativa: Why is the heat on? It's the hottest gym ever. There is no reason for this. The whole weight room is a sauna. Hot weather injuries will happen here.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding fitness center. 24 hr access for those eligible and all the equipment you could ever need for any goal.

Experiencia positiva: The equipment is used and gives it character. People are not friendly and definitely walk around with rank on even when not in uniform.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, they had 24-hour access while I was there, which is very convenient. Place was generally clean but definitely could use an upgrade in space. This place gets PACKED during peak hours.

Experiencia fantástica: Equipment availability will vary on time but overall good vibes and everyone seems to wipe down equipment as necessary. Dress code doesn’t seem to be enforced but I haven’t come across anything too bad personally. Love this gym to work out in.

Experiencia negativa: Waited over 30mins for a guy for a guy that was hogging two machines to move on. We asked how many sets he had left after 20mins and he said he still had 3 more. The cherry on top was that one of the employees went over and they started chatting away so he never left the machines. Im sorry but don’t hog machines, other people would like to workout too. And shameful to the employees, say hi and move on. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a retiree and feel so lucky to have this facility close to me. There are five squat racks! Even when crowded, you don't have to wait long. Staff is cool and the place is clean.

Experiencia positiva: It's a military gym, so you get what you get, but I like this one because it has a nice selection of equipment and is kept pretty clean. There's a room for parents to workout where their kids can hang out, that's convenient!

Experiencia fantástica: Spacious and a lot of equipment to do different workouts. It’s a 24/7 gym but you have to register for it and it registers you to the other 24/7 gyms on post. It’s a military gym so only open to DOD/Military/Dependents and retirees and other affiliated people.

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility. I try going early morning as it seems to get a bit crowded in the evening. You can also sign up for 24/7 access

Experiencia negativa: It's a nice facility with lots of equipment. My problem is it's so hot in there and that makes it smell like urine. The parent child room has no airflow and the child area could be better put together.

Experiencia positiva: No enforcement of dress code (unless you are not wearing your mask), more dust bunnies and dirt on the floor around the machines than an entire company floor in the barracks, failure to enforce no bag policy in workout areas (signs were taken down a couple of years ago and never replaced. Senior MWR leadership not giving managers the power to enforce the regulations. Some employees work effectively, others do not. 1/4 of equipment either stiff, sticking or nonfunctional due to lack of preventive maintenance.

Experiencia fantástica: This establishment is extremely well organized and has quite a few machines that most wouldn't be too familiar too. I know I've never seen the Jacob's Ladder in a gym before; nonetheless, I had fun messing with and climbing on the thing. It goes without saying that I appreciate this place.

Experiencia positiva: Great Gym. They are open Saturday and Sundays now. After work hours suppose to be military only. I don't like that its bias against family members because they work and are busy too during the day.

Experiencia positiva: CrossFit area is nice. Needs more weight racks in that area sometimes gets crowded with squatters and deadlifters etc. Good cardio area and weight room area.

Experiencia positiva: Place used to be 5 stars but ever since they started “construction” they took 24/7 access away and they keep pushing it back.

Experiencia positiva: Good gym with most of things you need. No swimming pool attached but does have hot tub and showers. The gym is not 24/7 anymore currently but will be sometime next year. Please avoid rush hour during 0630-0730 and sometimes lunch time if you prefer working out in a relatively less crowded area.
