Experiencia fantástica: This gym is nestled in the heart of the Houston Galleria area. It has a variety of free weights, machines and exercise equipment. The trainers offer challenging group classes in the morning and afternoons. The owner and members are friendly and welcoming. The overall environment is safe and the facility is clean.

Experiencia fantástica: This Gym is amazing, safe affordable and the atmosphere is very uplifting. Everyone is a regular and it's more like a fitt community. Hidden Gem of Houston.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent gym and great people. Been a member for a little over a year now. It’s rarely busy, always clean, and they have all of the machines/weights I need. On top of all that, everyone at the gym is friendly, and although I lift with headphones in, I frequently pause my own music cause they’re always playing certified bangers.

Experiencia negativa: I stopped by twice in one day, rang the doorbell and they were closed during the advertised business hours. What a waste of time:(

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely delightful place and a wonderful, kind, friendly staff. The gym is small but extremely functional; every piece of equipment looks like new and is well taken care of, the space sparkling clean is very well utilized. I stopped by to check out this fitness center to see if it'd be the right place for me and was offered a trial visit with no questions asked -- no forms to fill, no personal information, no liability wavers, no payment. The wonderful staff person on duty even brought me a bottle of water seeing that I didn't have one. And similarly, no questions as I was leaving, just a friendly smile and an invitation to come back. Needless to say, I WILL be coming back!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. 24/7 open, you can hit a work out before or after work. Is average size, but has everything necessary for your to work out every muscle. It almost feels like a private personal gym. I tend to go late at night or before 5 a.m. Is always empty. Totally recommend if you don't like big, overcrowded gyms!

Valencia is very passionate about fitness, she genuinely cares about her client's health and their goals. Her passion in fitness encourages me to go to gym which is a great environment. There is a variety of cardio and weight equipment. Very clean and good music!

The trainers who work out of the gym are knowledgeable and kind, and just generally, the members seem to be good people. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: vFit and Valencia are awesome!! vFit was a blessing during the pandemic, as I could workout at any time ( 24/7 for members) without having to worry about too many people being near me. Valencia, as a trainer, is very friendly, focused and passionate. She is 100% dedicated to her clients, on and off hours and genuinely cares about having a clean, welcoming gym for everyone to enjoy. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good workout!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is amazing!! It is Super clean, awesome people to train with and have fun at the same time. Well if that’s ur definition of fun. If you are looking for a new gym to go to in the Houston area. I highly recommend checking this one out. The First class is free and I’m sure you can do a drop in for some weight lifting alone. I’d recommend giving Valencia a run for her money as a trainer too, because the class I was in helped loosen up my back that has been stiff for months. It was the Mobility/functional training she gave us!! I went to participate in Valencia's bootcamp on Thursday and I figured I was some sort of athlete, but doing a full body workout that took me back to the high school wrestling days. My legs were giving out, but Valencia kept saying “keep battling”.. so I pushed through and made it to the end. I swear the weights were my break hahah. I enjoyed the workout and new friends I made. Can’t wait to go hang there again tomorrow!!!! DONT WAIT TELL TOMORROW!!!!
