Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this location for about six months and I absolutely love it! Andrew, Brian, Pachelli and Rob are phenomenal. They keep you motivated and are extremely personable. They learn your goals and work with you to achieve them. I am someone who needs to be pushed and this is a workout that has shown me great results. It practically pays for itself!

Experiencia fantástica: Love it! In my opinion the price is very affordable especially for all of the amenities given. The trainers at 9 rounds push you to do better and to be a better version of yourself. It’s not a push that’s overpowering, but just enough. The trainers are adaptable, and they adjust to each customer needs whether it’s a goal or injury that you discuss with them! I go to the gym in the afternoon so I workout with the guys. The guy trainers are BEASTS and they have each trainee back 100% to go hard until we can’t go anymore. Each day is different so you should never walk in expecting the same thing! 9 rounds gives you a full body workout, but the trainers there makes it fun and not miserable. The atmosphere that the guys (Pachelli, Rob, and Bryan) makes is like a home not a gym, meaning everyone there when you’re working out (even complete strangers) is comfortable enough to laugh with you, converse with you at the end, motivate you, and get through those 9 rounds with you. 10/10 would always recommend 9 rounds!

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t go to gyms or any group exercise establishments, but was intrigued by the 9 rounds concept- which was in my experience a respectable and professional environment- good workout and I would recommend it to anyone interested in a unique workout.

They motivate you and they make exercising fun. Especially rob who has been my trainer and Ive lost 20 plus lbs and counting. And he is very professional and i will bring anyone of any age to this facility!!!!!!!

The workouts have given me more confidence and I, along with my friends and family, have been seeing the results! I never miss a session!

Experiencia negativa: If you want to go in the morning don't expect them to be open. Posted hours state they open at 6am. On 3 of 4 occasions (over 2 weeks) they were not open even after 6:30 am. I'm not quite sure when they actually open, but I'm guessing it's not before 7.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful place. Trainers are fantastic. So encouraging and knowledgeable. They help you work at your level. The other people working out are nice too. A perfect neighborhood get together to sweat the days stress away.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym with outstanding trainers. The 9 Round program is ideal for my schedule as there are no start times. I haven't been able to get into a consistent workout routine in a very long time, but 9 Round has gotten me excited about getting in shape. With a fast paced trainer led program that is different every day, it is actually fun.

Experiencia fantástica: Where to start... I have always been an athlete my whole life. I have Crohns Disease, and it has crumbled my whole life. I have been hospitalized for the past two years and on various drugs to help me fight CD. This has left me beaten down for awhile. Beaten down to the point that working out just never seemed a possibility because I had no motivation anymore. Well, I saw 9round online and the thought of a quick 30 min work out intrigued me bc I had lost my endurance and my immune system can only take that much. On my first day I was greated with smiles. I don't think of them as trainers in a sense, I think of them as my coaches. They coach me to get through everything. “E” always stop me when my heart rate gets too high and pushes me when I need it. This is definitely what I needed. E and Josue are awesome coaches. I can relieve my stress at the same time while improving my stamina. The punching and kicking is my outlet to fight this disease. For the last two weeks I have been able to work out every day! I love the coaches and this program. I have my work life balance with my family now. It's complete :)

Experiencia fantástica: John is definitely a great motivator. He strikes that balance between pushing you and encouraging you when you’re on your last bit of energy. Exercises are moderately tough and keep your heart rate up even during rest intervals. Like the small class environment

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly and positive staff. My daughter and I were a bit nervous because we have never tried to box or punch a bag before, but they taught us proper form and made us feel comfortable. We burned over 500 calories each!

Experiencia fantástica: I love how the workouts are always different from day to day taking away that " boring gym" vibe! I also love how regardless of your fitness level you can get a good workout in. I consider myself in good shape and was worried the workouts were not going to be challenging enough, but I am always tired after and sore for a couple days. And the older folks and less in shape people can also do great since you push as far as you want to. Happy to have joined 9round.
