Experiencia fantástica: My first time being "stretched and flexed" by Flexologist Eddie and it was rejuvenating! Eddie was very knowledgeable of human neuromuscular anatomy and I experienced no pain during my session! He put me through,slow,gentle,firm stretches, always asking how I was feeling, and really loosened me up! Not even a muscle spasm in the leg I'm under current medical care for! I highly recommend giving it a try to improve your balance, flexibility, and mobility! I signed up for 4 more sessions. It's like a massage, chiropractic, and yoga all rolled into one, but, without bone cracking and pain!

She will also see me at 6pm which is "after" normal closing time. That closing time is the only negative about the organization... should be open later for working people like myself.

Experiencia positiva: I definitely did not get enough stretching done during my 50 min session. She mostly used the theragun instead of stretching me. It felt a waste of money since I have a massager of my own at home and I came to get stretched. Also I told her to not be so gentle since this is not my first time and she wouldn’t listen.
