I hope they bring back sweat towels! The saunas are well kept and clean. A great place to workout and everyone is friendly. Love coming here!

Experiencia fantástica: I RECOMMEND HOTWORX TO ALL MY FRIENDS!! It is one of the only workouts that makes me really sweat!! I love the focus of using the tools you gain from inside the sauna and applying them to your everyday life. It is a very challenging workout, but you can feel your body getting stronger and stronger after each session. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

HOTWORX is the best way for me to burn the most calories and sweat during a short time frame. I have gotten way more out of HOTWORX in three months than I have a year in the gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Roger’s Ar HOTWORX it’s conveniently located near work so I can sneak over on my lunch and get a work out in. The warm sauna is relaxing and you can sweat out toxins. You can choose a quick 15 minute workout or a 40 minute depending on you time and body needs. My personal favorites are thunder(row machine) and hot stretch exercises!!

Experiencia fantástica: Facility is clean, friendly and super helpful staff, Daniel signed me up and he’s a gem! I’d never done a workout like this before but one done and I’m hooked. I’m so excited to have something 24-hour that has a led class, sauna benefits, and semi private so morning classes aren’t so intimidating. For me, morning workouts are hard. This is something that my body felt like it was literally screaming “THANK YOU!” and I know I’ll look forward to these each day!

Adding heat to normal exercises creates an unexpected increase in intensity and it's so refreshing! I love HOTWORX!
