Experiencia fantástica: I finished the 3 classes for $3 special and I am so glad I gave it a shot. The workouts were fun and challenging. You are constantly moving through difference stations at timed intervals. Surprisingly, this makes then time seem like it is flying by faster. My first two classes were with Chris B. One was the Full Body workout and the other focused on the lower body. Chris gave great instructions and helped correct my form. Cassidy S. taught my third class. It amazed me how she was able to give everyone in the class attention and it was a packed class! Believe me when you don't think they are looking they are so don't stop moving. Everyone was so friendly and encouraging, including the owners. I decided to continue with classes and look forward to seeing the progress I'm going to make.

Experiencia fantástica: Me and my friend just left from trying out their Core class and let me tell you, it was a WORKOUT. We were so tired and are feeling the burn now especially after we finished but we both enjoyed being pushed and trying new things we haven’t done before. Everyone was so welcoming, nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend Jabz to family & friends and hope to be back soon!

The instructors are always energetic and paying attention to make sure our form is right and to keep everyone motivated. The friendly faces at the front desk remembered my name after my first class, so I felt like I belonged immediately and wasn’t just a number.
