Experiencia fantástica: I love my gym This place is great for beginners or anyone intimidated by large gyms full of super buff dudes. Everyone here is polite and easy going. The classes are small and fun. I learn alot. It also isn't usually super busy and the prices are very reasonable. I love that I have 24 hour access and they offer personal training. I feel like everyone at this gym is on the same page with their goals, which is to be more healthy! It's not about looking good or being competitive, just feeling better and being consistent every week.

Experiencia positiva: It's a decent gym for Bedford. It's fair priced and it's usually steady in traffic so there isn't really any waiting on equipment. I miss the gyms in bigger cities but healthy balance is probably the best choice for Bedford.
