Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Fort Worth East is an amazing gym! A great community of people and the coaches are encouraging and push you to be your best. Super scalable for all fitness levels ranging from beginners to advanced, so whether you’ve done CrossFit for years or if it’s your first time trying it, this is a great place. When I came in, I wasn’t familiar with very many of the CF lifts like snatches, cleans, push press, etc., and the coaches have helped me each workout to improve. The workouts will challenge you and you’ll be surprised at how quickly you feel yourself getting stronger!

Experiencia fantástica: My son and I started about 4 weeks ago at Crossfit Fort Worth East. It has been challenging after nit working out for so long but the adjustments rhat can be made to accommodate for not being able to perform some movements (yet) allow for a great workout. We feel better and look forward to each session. Wish we had done this much sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: I have greatly enjoyed Fort Worth CrossFit East. I was a little intimidated before I walked in the doors because of where I was physically and mentally. Coach Steve and other members of his team are incredibly encouraging without making it awkward. They are very knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to instructing on the workouts with a focus on completing them safely and correctly. I’ve been going for about 2 months and it has really changed my confidence and motivated me to change my everyday habits to try and improve my health and mental well-being. I’m very grateful for the patience and kindness that they show a stubborn guy like myself.

This place is incredible. Everyone is very welcoming, it's light, it's fun, it's POSITIVE, and the programming is top of the line! You won't see cliques, you will never feel left out, and these people will always have something positive to say ✨️ ALSO - the equipment is all like new! And the owner keeps it that way! Love it.

As a sophomore in high school I really appreciate how they modify the workouts to each persons ability and still push everyone to try their hardest. Experiencia fantástica: I just joined this gym about a week ago, and I have really enjoyed myself so far. They are following the Mayhem programming and it’s really hard—I love a challenge. Steve is the owner and he’s pretty awesome. The coaches are down to earth and really seem to enjoy what they do. They have a good variety of class times which is GREAT for my ever-changing work schedule. Check them out!!!!
