Experiencia positiva: Old-school basement stule gym great for gettin' er done. No frills for sure (only one very rough shower I will never use), but the equipment is safe and plentiful, the members are freindly, and the price can't be beat.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym I've ever been to! The weights and equipment have character and a story. I brought headphones but quickly learned I don't even need them. If you need a spotter just ask someone everyone is very nice! Oh, and they have a pull-over machine!!! First time I've ever seen one! Dorian yates would approve!

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely my favorite gym. They offer classes and personal training but old school weights are what I love the most. Membership is pretty cheap and even cheaper if you pay by the year or as a couple.
