Experiencia fantástica: I think back to May 2018 and one of the best decisions I ever made. A trial became a full-time commitment. Although I switched from the brutal hot 4:30 PM to the now 6 AM class, the desire to do better/be better was ignited. I have never been a ‘get out of bed’ that early person, but Ms Fit is my motivation. The ladies I workout with reach out via Messenger every morning to be that ‘push’. Friendships through Ms Fit have become friendships outside of the gym. Ms Fit is a different type of gym, almost like having your own personal trainer. Come check out Ms Fit and make it your daily routine. You won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: Being 3 months postpartum I was really afraid to get back in the gym but I was determined to hit the ground running. Misfit Beaumont won me over with their understanding of being a new mom. The kids korner is absolutely awesome! Alex is absolutely amazing and I’m so thankful for her to be my coach! And Laney is an angel always wanting to snuggle my baby boy!

This 6am class has got you covered. The friendships that I've made are so special to me. The coaches that lead us during our class are First Class Awesome Coaches! We all laugh and dance during our serious workouts. So no matter where you are in your fitness journey, novice to elite, you will be welcomed and cherished in our group!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a "fitness family" and not just a gym full of iron - Miss Fit is your place. You do not only get a lovely facility which has all you need for group trainings, but also amazing group of trainers who do their job with full power and passion - so much so that you can not do anything else than just get positively infected by their lead. In addition the staff who works and helps with the rest of the operations is very supportive as well. In addition the other Miss Fit sisters training there are amazing people all so driven and so full of inspiration and motivation that you can not just not be at your best when you show up at the gym. I did firstly their 7 day free trial first and I loved that I got to do the body scan prior and after the week to see how much you can already change with just 7 days. Later I jumped on board with their Little Black Dress challenge - where the goal for me was to build muscle, let go more of the body fat and also fine tune my overall body. I loved that we were put into group and got to support each other throughout the journey and nudge each other forward. I also loved how we had one social gathering in between which gave the opportunity to get to know more of the members as well the founder of the brand. To hear Jessica's story was so inspiring. How one can change not only her own life but to influence and change it for many others. For me each training was also a way to unplug from my busy coaching job so that I could come in, follow the trainers lead, talk to the members and have fun. I am glad I had this experience just before moving from Texas to Florida as this became like a little cherry on top of the cake. Thank you Miss Fit team and members for making it so special! Anyone in the Beaumont area - you need to visit Miss Fit gym and at least try it out - so you can have your experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE Miss Fit! The sisterhood and the support from the coaches and women are unbelievable. I have been attending for over four years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s more than a gym, it’s a sisterhood. Everyone supports and cheers on each other, encouraging each other to lift heavy, push harder. If you are unsure of the gym and working out then this is the place, the coaches show you every move, help correct your form and encourage you! Everyone cares about each other and making ourselves better. It’s not a competition to be the best against each other, but a place to encourage and support each other to be the best version of themselves. You won’t find a place like this!

They keep you on task to get in a full workout in 45 mins. They give you modifications to stay safe and encouragement to never give up. With a friendly staff I recommend this place to my friends!

The workouts are full of cardio and weight bearing exercises which is what I need to be healthy!
