Experiencia fantástica: Great place that Eric and Jessica have. I dropped in for a couple classes while traveling and both Eric and Jessica were very welcoming and friendly. Great programming as well. Highly recommend CrossFit Cohesion.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved over to CrossFit Cohesion from another similar box in Bastrop. I can tell you from being at both box's that the family atmosphere is what it is all about. The coaches are extremely helpful and will ensure that any newcomer or someone who has been around functional fitness will get the proper coaching they need and will definitely improve their lifting form and skills. Everyone at the box is family and does not have any clicks. Come join a family and get the most out of your workout experience. This is a top notch organization that genuinely cares about your well being. Come have fun , get fit, and become a part of the Cohesion family!!

Experiencia fantástica: If you would have told me 2 years ago I would be part of a crossfit family I would have said you are crazy. I didn't think I could physically do the stuff that is done at crossfit. I joined Crossfit Cohesion back in April after being at another BOX and WOW I finally know what a Crossfit family is all about. The coaches Eric and Jess are amazing and the friends I have made make me a better person and push me when I don't think I can keep going. I have accomplished so much physically and mentally because I am being taught how to actually do a skill vs just doing it. I am a happier me because of Crossfit Cohesion. Don't hesitate because of what you have heard about crossfit just come out and try it and i promise you will love it as much as we all do!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been working out at this gym for several months now... and let me tell you, this place is awesome! Not sure you’re ready to get off the couch? Trust me, they can tailor something for you! I’m not a stereotypical cross-fit woman and yet still I feel very at home here. There is everything from me, someone struggling to undo 20 years of bad decisions to elite athletes and everything in between. You will be welcomed, you will feel comfortable, and you will get fit.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I moved to the Bastrop area at the end of June. We tried various gyms, but kept going back to Cohesion! I officially joined 3 weeks ago, and I can't get over how many things I was able to accomplish because of Eric and Jessica within that timeframe. Their knowledge has helped me focus on my weaknesses to get better in areas I was lacking. There is no doubt that you will reach your fitness goals and become a better you. I really like how all the stigmas around CrossFit have been taken out by this box. Form and mobility are the top priority! If I ever have to move I’ll be very sad as my expectation has been set so high it can’t be matched. The people in this community are family and there is always a genuine sense of care for one another. This place has actual got me enjoying to workout again! If you are hesitating,don’t!
