Experiencia fantástica: Been coming here for the past year and not only do I feel healthier and stronger, I look better! The staff know what they are doing. I’ve been an asthmatic my entire life and haven’t been able to run a mile since I was a kid, but with Kevin’s help I’m able to run over a mile and a half at 40! If you need a place that won’t quit on you unless you quit on yourself this is it! They care and will hold you accountable but will also be your biggest fan as you progress! Do yourself a favor get off the couch and come in. You owe to yourself!

Experiencia fantástica: Kevin is the founder and is a great guy. My personal trainer is Eric. He’s absolutely phenomenal. My biggest concern was to prevent further injury to areas where I’ve had surgery in the past. I had both knees scoped, surgeries to repair a broken hand and a broken foot. I was shocked at how attentive Eric was to these areas. He implemented certain exercises that helped strengthen and stabilize my joints, ligaments and tendons. He uses pneumatic air pressure to offer the perfect amount of resistance that does not strain the soft tissue. His equipment is state of the art. His knowledge is extensive. His passion and ability to motivate is second to none. I’ve worked out with him for 3 weeks and have already lost 25 pounds and can see an actual change in my body’s shape. I highly recommend Eric over at breakaway athletics.

You can tell he stays on top of the latest research for performance and injury prevention. I have worked with Kevin for many years. When I was younger, he helped me achieve results I am sure nobody else could. Because of his approach of treating each athlete with an individualized program, instead of the typical boilerplate approach at other centers. After my formal athletic career he has helped me come back from multiple shoulder surgeries that happened from work. Thanks Kevin for getting me to a higher level that PT alone could not.
