Experiencia fantástica: I have worked with Paul for two years.This is a gift I give myself. As an older person, what I most appreciate about Paul is that each session is customized for me and where both my mind AND body are when I walk into the studio. This is not circuit training with sets and reps! Paul really focuses on a series of movements that work all major and minor muscle groups. It is not monotonous or boring. Although there are some machines, the majority of training involves resistance bands, balance and using the body as the weights. Because it doesn't involve machines, it is easy to replicate most of the exercises at home with free weights and resistance bands. He brings years of experience to challenge and improve the health of any body, no matter the age or condition.

Paul was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful in designing my home gym in a tight space. He was very responsive to me and made sure it was going to get done right and ASAP. He helped me with every aspect including flooring, installation, design, delivery, and equipment selection...I can't recommend Paul and his business enough.
